PART 2: Eating Two cups of Fruits and three cups of Vegetables Every Day?

Today’s post continues with the 14 Foods that are recommended with the weekly list of electromagnetic alkaline live fresh and lightly cooked food that is recommended for each week. These foods keep your body cells, blood, immune system, energy, and health operating on all sixteen cylinders. In the last post, I did not mention seven other physicians who have reversed heart disease, diabetes, and many other diseases with this new scientifically proven electromagnetic diet. If you, your relatives, neighbors, or friends are interested in staying healthy, then following these three nutritionists and seven physicians on GOOGLE would be of great benefit. The Seven physicians are Drs. Caldwell Emerson, Neil Bernard, John McDougal, Colin Campbell, Michael Klapper, Dean Ornish, and Dr. Alan hammer.

Back in 1990, Dr. Ornish was the first doctor to scientifically prove that electromagnetic live food or lightly cooked fruits and vegetables would reverse diabetes and heart disease, without any drugs, medications, or surgery.

Dr. Ornish’s documentation explains that reversing heart disease without drugs is known and has won acclaim from America’s health insurers. He is known for reversing Bill Clinton’s heart disease and has treated thousands of other diabetes and heart disease patients. He also has sold thousands of books on reversing diseases with an electromagnetic food DIET while eliminating many fats and including regular EXERCISE.

If you research the other six doctors mentioned above on GOOGLE you will find that the electromagnetic alkaline live food (or slightly cooked) diet is the basic ingredient in reversing many diseases plus providing great improvement in a person’s energy, immune system, blood pressure, cholesterol, health, and possibly longevity. High cholesterol levels are a warning of possible heart disease in humans. The present medications are not the answer to curing heart disease and diabetes.

More information on these doctors shows that many diseases besides heart disease and diabetes can be treated. Dr. JOPhn McDougal claims that 80% of the people in the U.S. Canada, and England are overweight while 20 – 30% have prediabetes or diabetes. He has a twelve day where 90% of the participants reduce or eliminate most diabetes and heart disease. Dr. Michael Klapper’s health-supporting eating plan is simple. He is a big supporter of the electromagnetic alkaline “Health Supporter Eating Plan.” He believes in eating foods that start with the 4 S’s, “salads, soups, steamed vegetables, and starches.”

He also recommends lots of WATER, EXERCISE, and many HAPPY SMILES. Dr. Klapper said that it is not what you eat, you are shat your intestines digest and absorb into the body.

Your GOOGLE RESEARCH will greatly enhance and expand what I have written. These live food diet doctors have treated thousands of patients with some very successful results. Now to get back to finishing the important list of 14 electromagnetic foods needed each week for great health. We left off with number 11, Flaxseeds, flaxseed oil, northern seed oils, fish oil, cod liver oil, Udo’s choice, chia seeds, and nuts.

12. GREEN BEANS, PEAS, AND LENTILS. Green beans, peas, and lentils provide many vitamins, protein, and fiber, which is great for an alkaline diet. In the new book that I am writing “New Discoveries about Bioelectric Nutrition and Brain Health,” I list 54 foods according to the nutrition value, electromagnetic value, anionic/cationic values, antioxidant/oxidant values, the 80/20 estimated gut ratio with each food, and the pH acid/alkaline value as indicated by oral litmus paper. Green beans, peas, and lentils both green and dried are highly praised and recommended to be eaten 2 to 4 times each week. One cup contains 100 mg of vitamin C, along with B6, magnesium, potassium, iron, and lots of protein.

13. ONIONS, GARLIC, AND LEEKS. These belong to a family that provides many vitamins, antioxidants, and alkaline values. They are anti-carcinogenic, have low calories, and contain great amounts of anti-oxidants to combat acetic foods. They also contain a nutrient called “quercetin.” Quercetin has been shown to reduce blood pressure and contains vitamin C, potassium, and many trace nutrients and minerals. Onions are great in salads, soups, beans, peas, steamed vegetables, and many other foods.

14. MUSHROOMS. Most people pass up the mushrooms in the grocery store. They do not realize that mushrooms have many nutrients and minerals that help the immune system and overall health. They contain multiple multiple B vitamins, essential minerals, potassium, fiber, and important amino acids. Mushrooms are alkaline, and an antioxidant. Many researchers say that they lower the risk of cancer.

I have found that you cannot chop mushrooms with a chopper. The only solution for obtaining smaller parts is to use a time-consuming method of cutting them into smaller pieces for my 14 kinds of vegetable salad with a knife. If you have a better way, please let me know. Mushrooms are great in salads (raw), or lightly cooked with liver, and many foods including vegetables and meat. I would recommend buying and using a small box of mushrooms a week.

Eating five cups of fruits and vegetables each day may seem like much, but more and more nutritionists and doctors are advocating more and more a very electromagnetic alkaline food diet. I hope that this list of 14 fruits and vegetables will help you and your family buy and eat foods each week that will keep you healthy, wise, and thinking clearly and well. Dr. McDougal says 80%, are overweight and eat way too much refined and processed foods, sugar and sugar derivatives, white flour products, and preservatives. Eating close to 5 cups of fruits and vegetables every day will surely help everyone stay healthy, wealthy (I hope), and with great brain acuity. No politician will deny that.
