Could Alzheimer’s Disease be Related to Candida Albicans Yeast/Fungus?

The following discussion about Alzheimer’s disease and Candida Albicans has been formulated from numerous publications and articles in my disease files. If there is no connection between Alzheimer’s disease and Candida Albicans, there is enough evidence to show that both diseases are diet-related and it takes twenty to thirty years for both diseases to show their debilitating effects. The toxins from Candida are a factor, even they may be only related along with other disease factors.

Let me explain the cause and effects of multiple diseases associated with Candida Albicans. It is estimated that over 100 million people in the U.S., England, and Canada are harboring excess Candida albicans yeast/fungus.

Orian Truss, in an issue of Orthomolecular Psychiatry, wrote that Candida Albicans CAN THRIVE HARMLESSLY in the small and large intestine when people eat a healthy bio-electric diet. All people have some Candida Albicans in their gut. It is when a diet of sugar, sugar derivatives, omega -6 oils from the grocery shelf, refined, and processed foods are the main diet, that people begin to accumulate destructive Candida Albicans. The destructive effects can occur over a multi-year period. Over that time the toxins from the Candida can slowly damage the neurons, axons, dendrites, and chemical connections between the dendrites.

The above-mentioned diet, low in fiber, plus slow bowel movements, will slowly deposit mucous, food residue, and decaying food on the walls of the small and large intestines. This mixture of mucous residue will enable the Candida Albicans to change from a benign to a virulent, destructive form. This mucous residue will prevent the good bio-electric foods from entering the bloodstream, and create inflammation that enables holes to rupture the villi, causing a leaky gut. Damaging bad bacteria, Candida, bad molds and yeast, parasite larvae, and small protein and food particles are free to enter the bloodstream. This is the start of the disease state, and damage to the neurons and elements of the brain.

I’m sorry, but to be blunt, many intestinal researchers have stated that Candida Albicans yeast/fungus occurs most in obese people with large belly fat. That is because the non-electromagnetic diet does not create energy, but increases body fat. The result is that not only do the toxins and other bad alien critters cause excess body fat, many diseases, but the toxins and other bad hombre can go to the brain, many of which can cross the blood/brain barrier and create brain damage.

Dementia has become an epidemic in the world. There is some talk that dementia is a handed-down genetic trait that runs in families. Studies have shown that dementia is caused by toxins and bad bacteria that enter the brain from the digestive tract. Studies at Loma Linda University by researchers have proven that most Alzheimer’s cases are the result of a non-electromagnetic diet, not enough fiber in the diet, and a restriction of good nutrients being entered into the bloodstream.

Drs. Dean and Ayesha Sherzai, directors of the Brain Health and Alzheimer’s prevention program at Loma Linda University, have written that 90 percent of Alzheimer’s disease can be prevented. It may be a coincidence but excess Candida yeast/fungus and Alzheimer’s disease can be reduced and or prevented by using the same diet. This shows that the cause in both diseases is the same, or very close to the same. Therefore, my reasoning for the similarities has many or all of the factors showing the connection between the two diseases. Both have long durations and a non-bio-electric connection that is related to a person’s diet.

The diets of many U.S., English, and Canadian people consist of low bioelectric foods, low fiber, highly refined and processed foods. This diet will encourage non-friendly (bad )bacteria, parasites, and Candida Albicans yeast/fungus to accumulate in the gut. This is why in my new book, ‘Preventing Cancer,” I have listed 54 different foods and their nutritional value. I have also stated their electromagnetic value (pH) their nutritional rating as to their bioelectric value, and the ionic/cationic value. These factors control the 80/20 good bacteria/bad bacteria ratio. This is vitally needed with oxygen to create the energy necessary to keep body health, immune system, and brain health. When this ratio is balanced, it even will help to create longevity.

Managing bowel health is a very important duty for all people. A clean colon is essential in the battle against Alzheimer’s disease and Candida Albicans. Here are some very critical eating steps that help keep your bowel in top shape, and keep the intestinal walls clean.

ONE. Eliminate the foods mentioned above, especially sugar, sugar derivatives, white flour foods, and omega-6 oils from the grocery shelf, except coconut oil, palm oil, and butter.

TWO. Eliminate hydrogenated fats, margarine, mayonnaise, peanut butter, Crisco, etc.

THREE. Eliminate all processed meats and other cured meat products.

FOUR. Eat the bioelectric diet mentioned earlier and in my book. This should include 8 to 12 raw fresh vegetables cut up or in salads, fruits, nuts, berries, bulbs, seeds, sprouts, stems, and leaves.

FIVE. Take 1 to 1 and ½ tablespoons of cold raw polyunsaturated or monounsaturated oils every day. These can be flaxseed oil, Udo’s choice, Krill oil, fish oil, cod liver oil, or northern seed oils.

There are three very important supplements needed to clean your colon (suggested every 6 months). They are bentonite, Psyllium, and caprylic acid tablets or oil. It is suggested that a person do a six-day routine with one teaspoon of psyllium and bentonite, and two capsules or a half teaspoon of caprylic acid oil. Bentonite absorbs the toxins in the thick intestinal mucosa produced from Candida Albicans, parasites, viruses, and bad bacteria. Psyllium is an intestinal cleaner that scraps away the thick mucosa covering the walls of the intestines. It works with bentonite and caprylic acid to provide a triple whammy cleaning. Caprylic acid helps reduce Candida Albicans, fungus, and molds from the colon. This is routine is extremely important because the clean cell walls of the intestines will be able to absorb the bioelectric foods and great oils entering the digestive tract. These items can be purchased at the health food store.

Some researchers say that 80 to 90 percent of these diseases can be reduced with critical polyphenols, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, enzymes, and great amino acids. I will list 10 very important foods, most of which have been mentioned in my bulletins and books. The foods and oils below should consist of the majority of foods that fight Candida, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease.

ONE. 8 to 12 raw fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, berries, bulbs, leaves, sprouts, melons, and stems.

TWO. Green tea. These have antioxidants with a low level of caffeine.

THREE. Coffee. Recently, experts have said coffee is great for your memory. Coffee is a very good vasodilator of blood vessels. It helps reduce high blood pressure and heart disease.

FOUR. Blueberries. My wife and I have blueberries almost every morning. They are the best supply of polyphenols, antioxidants, and minerals. They are a great memory booster, Candida fighter, and have loads of phytonutrients. Don’t forget the other berries, they are also a great nutrient source.

FIVE. Turmeric (curry). Turmeric also is a vasodilator and creates increased blood flow to the body and brain. This polyphenol and antioxidant should be on everyone’s daily list of supplements.

SIX. Legumes. This variety of great seeds are linked to a longer life span. They contain potassium, folate, iron, magnesium, some have selenium, and many trace minerals.

SEVEN. Raw, fresh, cold, Omega -3 oils and seed oils. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated oils should be on everyone’s daily eating list. Brain specialists will say that 1 to 1 and ½ tablespoons of these oils will help not only the brain, but memory, and other body parts including eyes, and the intestinal tract.

EIGHT. Red grapes and red wine. Red grapes are a great source of resveratrol, polyphenols, vitamin C, and magnesium. Red wine contains most of these minerals but is not as good a supply as red grapes. Red grapes do have sugar, so you might limit your daily intake from one-half to one cup.

NINE. Apples and pears. Organic apples and pears are also a great source of polyphenols, vitamins, and minerals. They are also a great form of fiber. One half of a pear or apple 3-5 days a week is a great benefit to your health.

The relationship between Alzheimer’s disease and Candida Albicans yeast/fungus is very close. If you compare the diets for controlling both diseases, you will find that they are the same. If you compare the extended time for symptoms to appear, it is the same. The difference is that the toxins and other culprits that damage the brain come from the intestines and involve Candida Albicans. The relationship, health, and condition of the individuals that have these debilitating diseases, the effects, plus the duration of these diseases show that they are closely related. Eating a great diet is the key to preventing both diseases and for super health.
