Loudon: The Evidence-Based Science Behind Bioelectric Nutrition

It is well known now that most body cells are controlled by electromagnetic waves (EMWs). Scientists say that both sound and visible light are deciphered with different parts of the body’s electromagnetic system. Different cell types and organs also have different electromagnetic frequencies. This means that the electrical nature of the body runs on electromagnetic waves. The brain has even been proven to transmit information by frequency modulation (FM).

The way that the brain neurons and axons process information is by bioelectric signals called (action potentials). Waves from light and sound carry information that has also different conduction properties of the electromagnetic system. The amazing body has electromagnetic frequencies even in the interstitial muscle fibers and enzymes that carry these bioelectric signals.

Body electrons and ions such as in vision, hearing, and touch are all parts of the electrical conduction system in the body. This means that all body cells have electromagnetic oscillations and/or frequencies, which are located in most cell membranes. Each type of cell has a different frequency and amplitude, which controls all body cell functions. Scientists with magnetometers have proven that there is even a small magnetic field around a person’s body proving that the body is also a bioelectric conduction system.

The information and knowledge on bioelectric cellular function are extremely important in BIOELECTRIC NUTRITION. Your diet controls the factors that determine this electromagnetic phenomenon. Bioelectric conduction is present in the intestinal bacteria, plus all living animals, birds, and insects.

In my new book, I have listed 54 foods that show the important electromagnetic foods and non-electromagnetic foods. Using this information to help control your diet is a big factor in eating foods that control your health, immune system, energy, vitality, and even longevity. Every person in the United States, Canada, and England needs this information to understand and consume diets that create health and energy for your body cells.

Your diet controls the acid/alkaline balance plus the ionic/cationic energy values that create bioelectric forces. The bioelectric system is controlled by the acid/alkaline balance and the ionic/cationic molecular forces that create the energy that your body functions depend on. In other words, the acid/alkaline value will determine ion/cation energy balance, the 80/20 (good bacteria-bad bacteria balance), and the bioelectric values. The diet controls all of these factors.

The logic behind all of these important body functions is that understanding your diet and what creates these forces is a very very important factor. Most of the bioelectric forces behind these important body metabolism factors come from the soil. Most of these bioelectric foods come from the soil, live raw fresh vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts, bulbs, legumes, bulbs, sprouts, leaves, seeds, raw (mostly northern) omega-3 seed oils, some (but not pasteurized) dairy products, spices, herbal teas, some grains, melons, wild rice, peas, beans, and minerals, including calcium. These are the foods that create the 80/20 good bacteria/bad bacteria ratio in your small intestine. These are the foods that use ionic/cationic molecular forces to create energy, these are the foods that create acid/base balance, and most of all, these are the foods that create electromagnetic energy. This means that the diet has to be balanced with 80 percent fresh, raw, or lightly cooked foods, and 20 percent cationic, non-electromagnetic foods. This is a HUGE lot of information to understand.

The DEVIL has entered the room. Grocery food outlets depend on you buying non-bioelectric foods to make their fortunes. The 80/20 percent gut balance means nothing to them. They would just as soon see you eating these cationic, non-electromagnetic foods that create bad bacteria, parasites, Candida fungus, toxins, inflammation, leaky gut, and the 140 diseases that invade the body including cancer. Some of the worst are sugar, sugar derivatives, bad omega-6 oils ( there are some good ones), red meat, refined and processed foods, excess alcohol, and the hundreds of other BAD gut bacteria food items.

A bad diet throws the 80/20 balance way off the charts.

Eating a great fresh live food ionic neutral pH diet is a daunting task. Yet it is recommended now by many nutritionists and food scientists. Many are suggesting a vegetarian diet. That may also present some drawbacks. What is important is that A DIET CONTAINING MANY MORE NON-ELECTROMAGNETIC FOODS will swing the 80/20 gut ratio values way off, and when that happens, the bad bacteria override the good bacteria, creating toxins, inflammation of the small intestine, leaky gut, a flood of bad bacteria into the bloodstream. This is the cause of disease. THIS UNBALANCED 80/20 GUT RATIO IS THE ORIGIN OF DISEASES.

That is why in my new book “Preventing Cancer,” with the 54+ foods listed that a person eats, I show the nutrition value, electromagnetic pH, acid/alkaline value, and ionic/cationic value. Knowing the 80/20 gut ratio and the brain health value is a great monitor of the diet and what you buy at the grocery store. When these food values change for the worse, your brain health becomes unbalanced too. This is how amyloid protein or plaque, accumulates in the brain. This accumulation can create mental decline and/or Alzheimer’s disease. It is well known that when your 80/20 gut ratio becomes unbalanced at an (estimated) 78/22 or 75/25, the brain health is also very much involved and will also suffer. Most Alzheimer’s disease is now known to be a result of a diet containing excess non-electromagnetic cationic foods.

Knowing THESE FOUR important measurements and food values will help you buy and consume foods that keep you healthy, wealthy, and wise. Most people do not have a chance at knowing this. If everyone in the United, States, Canada, and England knew how to buy and consume healthy electromagnetic foods, it would probably save the people and medical insurance companies more than one or two billion dollars a year in medical costs for treating diseases.

Balancing your 80 (good bacteria) / 20 (bad bacteria) ratio is the most important measurement in a person’s health. The following formula that I have mentioned before will show the disease sequence.
