Dietary Mistakes People Make that may Shorten Their Life

Yesterday I got a very interesting and intriguing 12-page article from Professor Andrew Hague, the president of the CellSonic Corporation, maker of the VIPP hydroelectric therapy machine. The name of his article is “How to get Ill, Stay Ill, and die.” This was quite a co-incident since I had already started my weekly column.

Some of the very interesting thoughts in his article explain just as the title reads.

1. Never drink water.

2. Drink all drinks with sugar /alcohol, diet soda, or all three.

3. Always prefer deep-fried or fried food.

4. Eat as much as you can at every meal.

5. Smoke and use hallucinating drugs without worry.

6. Forget about exercising.

7. Always make cell-Phone calls over 5 to 6 minutes so the electromagnetic fields will damage your brain.

Interestingly, This week’s BULLETIN will explain further just how a person can “Get Ill, Stay Ill, and Die.” I will list many foods that are detrimental to your health, immune system, and longevity. I will explain further, the diet that will harm your health and stops your life span way before you deserve to die.

When we evaluate the lives of many centurians there are several things that stand out as to why they age so gracefully and live over ninety, some over 100 years. Many researchers spend many hours on genetics, diet, exercise, stress, environment, and lifestyles. If we try to narrow the list down, it is hard because all of these factors enter into the equation.

Today’s BULLETIN will be about one of these factors, diet. The reason is that if you look into the obituary figures, too many people are dying in their 40’s, 50’s and 60s, and 70’s. What is the cause? When you analyze the cause, the majority of these young people die of diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, strokes, heart attacks, and drug overdose.

What can be done to prevent these young deaths? I will start by going thru a list of foods that shortens many people’s lives.

Sugar: Don’t leave that sugar bowl on your table. Don’t you know that it is one of the “big five” disease makers? Excess sugar is one of the very nasty culprits, combined with some other foods, that cause serious diseases, many times shortening a life. The average consumption of sugar in the U.S. is 22 teaspoons per day or about 120 lbs per year. By now, you probably know that cancer cells love sugar, diabetics love sugar. Heart disease patients combine sugar, carbohydrates, and saturated oils on the grocery shelf, deep-fried foods, and especially french fries, to produce homocysteine, a clotting factor causing coagulated or sticky blood. Waloo, high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes, heart attacks, and alzheimer’s disease are all part of these serious life-shortening diseases. The doctors at the University of Washington even call alzheimer’s disease “diabetes of the brain.” Cancer cells live on sugar (glucose) and protein. So don’t let me see that sugar bowl on your table. If I do, I’m taking off my belt and laying it on the counter. You deserve a spanking. You need to remove sugar, sugar products, refined foods, processed foods, and carbohydrates from your diet. If I see the sugar bowl removed from your table tomorrow, I will be able to put my belt back on.

Deep-fried foods: French fries, fried, and deep-fried foods soaked in saturated vegetable oils are another widow maker. They are as bad as health gets. Many restaurants and fast food places even use these grocery shelves bought omega 6 oils (many GMO) several times over, increasing the dead oil content. Remember, they are non- electromagnetic (dead) oils. I don’t need to mention everything I did with sugar, but we can use almost the same jargon and effects while adding excess cholesterol and autoimmune diseases.

Dr. Catherine McGranahan, a Canadian physician, kept track of 200 stroke and heart attack victims admitted to her hospital. She found that approximately 80 percent of these patients had fried or deep-fried foods within 24 hours of being admitted to the hospital. She stated that the omega 6 (saturated oils) ratio to omega 3 (poly and monounsaturated oils) blood ratios normally should be 3 to 1 or 2 to 1. When a person has a heart attack or stroke, these oils may have spiked the omega 6 to omega 3 ratios to 40 to 1 and even 50 to 1. That is enough to cause the (homocysteine-laced) almost coagulated blood in many high blood pressure patients to clot, causing severe attacks. A frequent diet of these bad oils can be said to be life-threatening or death on longevity.

Pies, cakes, and pastries: If you have a diet of refined sugars, refined fats, refined carbohydrates, or refined flour, remember that these foods create glucose in your intestines. They use a process called glycosylation. If you are eating these foods often, go stand in the shorten your life column. I know you are going to hate me, but please, eat these products very sparingly or not at all. If you are at a party and are offered a dessert, do not let your host be your judge. Say “would you please just give me a very small portion. When you are at the grocery store, pass by the cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, etc. When you skip the desserts, your waist, health, immune system, and extra quality days will show up at the end of your life.

Breakfast cereals: My sister-in-law eats breakfast cereal almost every morning. Probably about 30 to 40 percent of all children and many adults in the U.S. also eat breakfast cereal every morning. There are a few healthy kinds of breakfast cereals, but they are rare and should be eaten sparingly. 90 percent of cereals contain whole wheat and oat flour, high fructose corn syrup, tri potassium or disodium phosphate, preservatives (BHT), and salt. The most popular varieties (about 50 percent) contain sugar, corn syrup, or diet sugar substitutes. All in all, the ingredients, except for some added vitamins and minerals, are non-electromagnetic (dead) ingredients that enter the carbohydrate classification and glycosylation foods.

My advice for breakfast is to feed children (and adults) fresh berries, fruits, melons, rye or oatmeal mush, eggs, cottage cheese, pumpkin or other raw seeds, raw fresh nuts, cantaloupe, pineapple, other fruits, or Dr. JoAnne Budwig’s cottage cheese, Quark, flaxseed oil, crushed flaxseed formula about 3 to 4 times a week. To find the formula, go to the Budwig website. All of these foods are electromagnetic (ionic) foods that provide energy, a great immune system, much better health, and eventually many years down the road of increased longevity. It is very important for children to start their day with an electromagnetic diet. This form of diet is an energy booster.

Next week, I will list many more foods that will be detrimental to your health and longevity. In today’s world, all food companies are using many psychological schemes including color and style of packaging, strategic location in grocery stores, false labeling, false advertising, and not putting GMO labels on food. If a person wants to stay healthy, they need to pick electromagnetic foods wisely and try to eliminate the non-electromagnetic foods from their diet as much as possible. The refined and processed foods are usually easily displayed as you walk into the grocery store. Healthy foods are usually on the sides. Grocery stores depend on a lot of impulse buying. Be wise in your selection of foods. Remember that sugars, sugar products, carbohydrates, red meat, and oils on the grocery shelf are the worst acidic disease-producing foods that reduce longevity. They lower your immunity, health, cause many autoimmune and other diseases, plus decrease your days here on this great, wonderful earth.
