The serious Connection Between Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease and Cancer

There are many common threads that are related to these three blood diseases. They involve serious conditions involving the diet, blood viscosity, artery and vein constrictions. All three of these diseases can at times culminate in serious blood clotting conditions.

The treatments for these diseases varies widely, and many physicians bring the blood pressure down with drugs, while some alternative physicians use dietary and supplement treatments, and special blood thinning procedures.

The question is, what are the most important dietary causes involved and related in all three diseases. It seems that the first line of defense should be to stop the bad foods that cause these conditions. The most serious foods involved in the cause of these diseases are sugars and sugar products, omega 6 oils on the grocery shelf, sugar substitutes, excess carbs, preservatives, refined and processed foods. Also, a person needs to change their diet to raw, live, vegetable, fruits, nuts, berries, garlic, leaves, bulbs and lightly cooked beans and squash. Skip the non electromagnetic cationic diet. Why do many physicians who treat these diseases totally ignore this very important advice?

If you have one of these three diseases, or know of someone who does, be sure to have them change their diet. This is the most excellent advice for treatment of all three of these diseases.

If you have high blood pressure, it is possible to bring your blood pressure down naturally. High blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer provide the link and formation of sticky blood, which causes heart attacks, clots and strokes.

Bringing your blood pressure down with blood pressure pills may be dangerous. There are four blood pressure drugs that most alternative and functional physicians say are not good for your health. Most western medicine doctors treat high blood pressure with these four drugs.

The first drug is metoprolol Succinate. It is also sold under the name, Toprol XL. This drug is a beta blocker which inhibits the adrenaline hormone. It brings blood pressure down, but can cause adrenaline problems.

Norvasc is the second drug that is commonly used. It is also called Amlodipine, Tekamlo, and Lotrel. It is a channel blocker, and has been known to cause swollen ankles, headaches, depression, anxiety, and diarrhea.

Diuril, or Chlorothiazide is the third blood pressure drug used by many physicians. It is also called Losartan, and Valsartan. Diuril can cause bad headaches, blurred vision, upset stomach, and seizures. Diuril is a diuretic, or “water pill.” It flushes excess water and salt out of your body. That means it will also flush out your electrolytes, which your body needs to maintain your heart rhythm.

Another blood pressure drug, Zestril, Prinivil, or Lisinopril, is an ace inhibitor, which blocks the enzyme which controls your blood vessels, and dilates them. It has also been known to cause a rapid loss of your blood pressure. Other complaints are vomiting, kidney failure, and even heart attacks.

The underlying cause of high blood pressure can be brought down with a dietary solution. For those who are taking these blood pressure pills now, it doesn’t mean you have to stop them. With a blood pressure lowering diet, you can adjust the dosage as your blood pressure drops. This is very important, as you do not want to let your blood pressure raise.

First, I would like to suggest a food that would not only help bring down blood pressure, but would help diabetics and prevent cancer as well. It is Dr. JoAnna Budwigs cottage cheese, flaxseed oil, kifer, and crushed flaxseed combination, which helps unravel sticky blood in cancer patients. Heart Patients and diabetics need to be aware of sticky blood also, as it causes blood clots, heart attacks, strokes, and clots in the legs and eyes. The directions are very simple: Two tablespoons of cottage cheese, 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, 3 tablespoons of kifer, and 1 teaspoon of crushed flaxseeds, crushed in a coffee bean grinder. Mix the cottage cheese and flaxseed with an electric mixer, then add the other ingredients. Eat 4 to 7 times each week. That’s it.

Other blood pressure lowering foods: white cheeses, 8 to eleven raw fresh fruits and vegetables daily, raw almonds, pecans, walnuts, butter, crushed raw garlic with food, even juicy farm raised steaks, fresh raw lemons, fish, fowl, oatmeal, and legumes.

There are also several supplements that dilate blood vessels. They produce nitric oxide, which converts to oxygen in your body. These are L-arginine, gingko biloba, L-theonine, turmeric, beet root powder, vitamin C, folic acid, B6 and B!2. Don’t forget the nasty culprits that I mentioned in the first part of this article. Sugar, omega 6 vegetable oils, diet pop, preservatives, pastries and deep fried in oil foods. The foods mentioned here would do nothing but provide help for these three diseases.
