Battling cancer and preventing cancer recurrence with cruciferous vegetables

Cruciferous vegetables may hold the key to stopping the progression and recurrence of cancer. Researchers at South Dakota State University (SDState) reported that a compound from cruciferous vegetables called phenethyl isothiocyanate (PEITC) can halt tumor formation and metastasis in mice bearing transplanted cancer stem cells (CSCs). PEITC can also stop the proliferation of cultured CSCs, which are heavily implicated in tumor recurrence. These findings suggest that PEITC could greatly benefit cancer patients and survivors. Do you have a magnesium deficiency?

Here are common signs and symptoms…

Magnesium is an essential mineral that plays a key role in more than 300 chemical reactions in the human body. For instance, muscles need magnesium to properly contract. Nerves also use magnesium to send and receive signals. Magnesium keeps the heart beating steadily and strengthens immunity.

Unfortunately, despite the importance of magnesium to overall health, many people miss out on their daily recommended intake of magnesium due to an unhealthy diet. Having constantly high levels of stress, a gastrointestinal disease and alcohol dependence may also put an individual at a greater risk of magnesium deficiency and its health complications. Butt Out Of Society’s Kitchens, Bill Gates

~ Forewords ~
I have viewed Billy Gates as one of the many beasts that rise out of the sea – serving the agenda of the Anti-Christ’s plans for the Great Tribulation time. His long known plans to DEPOPULATE the population of the earth (destroying what God created) – his tech business to spy on all (God knows ALL we think and say without any tech assistance). Most all those who have managed to amass great sums of money have done so because they sold their souls to Satan – it has been that way for many centuries as Satan works his deception to all he can. Take a good look at all those who are the wealthiest men in the world. Any of them preach or teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Or, do they push for their ability to MAKE money? Continue reading

Dietary Mistakes People Make that may Shorten Their Life

Yesterday I got a very interesting and intriguing 12-page article from Professor Andrew Hague, the president of the CellSonic Corporation, maker of the VIPP hydroelectric therapy machine. The name of his article is “How to get Ill, Stay Ill, and die.” This was quite a co-incident since I had already started my weekly column.

Some of the very interesting thoughts in his article explain just as the title reads.

1. Never drink water.

2. Drink all drinks with sugar /alcohol, diet soda, or all three. Continue reading

How the Right Foods May Lead to a Healthier Gut, and Better Health
A diet full of highly processed foods with added sugars and salt promoted gut microbes linked to obesity, heart disease and diabetes.

Analyzing the diets, health and microbiomes of more than a thousand people, researchers found that a diet rich in nutrient-dense, whole foods supported the growth of beneficial microbes that promoted good health. But eating a diet full of highly processed foods with added sugars, salt and other additives had the opposite effect, promoting gut microbes that were linked to worse cardiovascular and metabolic health… (Continue to full article)

Say Goodbye to Medical Curcumin!
Curcumin is the most important ingredient of the Indian herb turmeric. You probably have it in your kitchen as a yellow spice. From a health standpoint, this herb is a miracle. It is tremendously anti-inflammatory and has so many health benefits it would take a book to list them all.

Naturally the drug industry wishes it could be patented as a drug. That won’t happen, because natural foods generally cannot be patented. FDA to the rescue! The agency has just ruled that curcumin cannot be used in a compounded medication—that is in a medication prepared just for you by a specialized pharmacy… (Continue to full article)

Bayer’s Roundup linked to “a host of chronic and mental illness

Right now, Bayer is facing a host of lawsuits related to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a type of cancer that has been linked to the use of Roundup herbicide. Bayer took on the legal burdens of Roundup maker Monsanto when it bought the company for $66 billion in 2018.

The number of lawsuits related to this illness exceed 42,000, which is absolutely staggering. One of the biggest lawsuits saw a groundskeeper initially awarded $289 million in damages, although that was reduced on appeal. 6 Grass-Fed Beef Nutrition Benefits that May Surprise You

According to a study at California State University’s College of Agriculture, grass-fed beef nutrition includes significantly more omega-3 fatty acids and more conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) than grain-fed beef. Grass-fed beef is a red meat that is considered one of the best protein foods around. It’s also higher in precursors for vitamin A and E and cancer-fighting antioxidants compared to grain-fed beef. If you haven’t heard of CLA yet, it’s a powerful polyunsaturated fatty acid we must obtain from our diets (such as a Paleo or ketogenic diet) that’s been shown to help fight cancer, discourage weight gain and build muscle, and high-quality grass-fed beef and butter from healthy, grass-fed cows or other animals are the top sources of CLA. When I say “salad dressing and corn chips”, what I’m really talking about as you may have guessed is vegetable oil, the #1 killer in our food supply… and yes, many experts contend vegetable oil is significantly worse for us than even sugar (and sugar in anything but small quantities is pretty bad for us) Continue reading

The Fungus and Cancer Connection

Studies Show Fungus on, or Inside Your Body Could Not Only Cause Cancer, but Also Feed It

Here’s something your doctor, or Oncologist will never tell you. If you have cancer, then you have fungus/mold/candida. It feeds the cancer, it is cancer itself. Here’s all you need to know and how to deal with it.

Few things are scarier than hearing the words, “you have cancer.” And yet it’s something that an estimated one third, to half the population will hear at least once in their lifetime.

With such staggering rates and so much money and research poured into combating cancer, you would think we would have rounded the corner towards reducing it, or even found a cure by now. What is terrifying is that despite the millions of dollars spent every year on research, we seem to be no closer to knowing exactly what causes cancer, much less finding a cure for it. Is it HEALTH or is it HELLth?

Foods from the ‘alkaline’ side include fresh seasonal fruit

I am sitting here this morning waiting for my primary care office to call me to set up an appointment to have the stress test the ER doctor ordered to be done.
