The title of this category says it all. It is YOUR health, and ultimately – YOUR choice – as to how you choose to deal with the ailments, which have afflicted you, whether cancerous or not. Whatever your health maladies may or may NOT be – ultimately – the choice is YOURS. As Dr. Kelley taught his students (some might call them ‘patients’) – the Doctor can’t cure you of anything. He can set a broken bone and he or she can prescribe a drug – but only YOU can cure yourself of anything. It is time for you to take control of your own well being. A wide range of subjects are covered.

Trebor: Reflection on Life 10 Years After Stem Cell Transplant

Stem Cell Fillings

A decade ago, I was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and underwent aggressive chemotherapy and an allogenic stem cell transplant. Though I still have complications related to my cancer, I’m thankful for what I still have.

I’m still alive. This was not a given 10 years ago, when I was diagnosed with an aggressive case of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Continue reading

US experts call for crackdown on ‘gender-bending’ chemicals found in food
These are the other everyday items that are loaded with the toxins

Bisphenol A (BPA) is an industrial chemical used in the production of plastics and aluminum cans that is present in a wide range of consumer products, from canned soups to sunglasses.

But experts have known for decades that BPA is an ‘endocrine disruptor’ – meaning it can imitate the body’s hormones and interfere with the production of and response to natural hormones like estrogen…. (Continue to full article)

VA pays out $1 billion to ‘burn pit’ veterans after deluge of half a million claims over cancer, hypertension, and other woes in biggest military compensation shakeup in decades
The VA has paid out $1 billion to veterans since it upgraded a compensation scheme last year for those sickened by toxic chemicals in Iraq, Afghanistan and other campaigns.

Veterans have filed more than 500,000 claims for benefits under the PACT Act, which let many more veterans exposed to burn pits and other battlefield pollutants claim disability benefits.

The scale of the payouts, which the VA announced, marks the US government’s growing acknowledgement of the invisible threats endured by combatants that were for decades largely ignored… (Continue to full article)

From eating dairy and spicy food to doing squats simple steps to speed up metabolism
People often tell me that, despite eating healthily, they continue to put on weight — and they wonder if this could be because their metabolism has slowed down.

Though I’ve long been sceptical about this, a remarkable new study published in the journal Nature suggests there really is something in that claim.

In fact, according to the researchers’ calculations, men are burning about 220 calories less a day and women 122 calories less, compared with what people the same size and shape would have done in the 1980sTEE Energy

As the pandemic winds down, anti-vaccine activists are building a legal network
Steve Kirsch is a tech entrepreneur who made hundreds of millions of dollars after founding an early search engine and helping invent the optical computer mouse.

Recently, he stood before a gathering of more than 250 lawyers in Atlanta while wearing a custom black T-shirt designed like a dictionary entry for the phrase “misinformation superspreader.”

“Our definition is it’s someone who’s basically pointing out the truth and it just happens to disagree with the mainstream narrative we’re known as misinformation spreaders, because what they’re trying to do is they’re trying to control the narrative,”… (Continue to full article)

Study finds link between artificial sweetener and heart attacks and strokes
All because its sugar-free does not mean it is good for you. A new Cleveland Clinic study found a link to a common artificial sweetener found in diet foods and an increased risk of heart attack and stroke.

A little packet of faux sugar promising 0 calories is tempting for those looking to make some lifestyle changes, but it turns out replacing the real stuff can come with some unintended consequences

Artificial sweeteners that you see at your grocery store often have this as the ingredient: erythritol. It is something that some foods naturally have, but this added sweetener is what a new study is worried about especially since it’s often targeted towards diabetics and people trying to lose weight… (Continue to full article)

Fentanyl’s butterfly effect: End of heroin boom leaves Mexican poppy farmers high and dry
This is a story of globalization, capitalism and drugs, but also of hands gnarled by labor in the fields, lost harvests and dying communities: a story that can be traced from the subsistence farmers who grow poppies in the isolated mountains of Guerrero, Mexico, to the fentanyl addicts on the street corners of Los Angeles.

In a world that is interconnected to the point of satiation, the chaos theory idea that the wings of a butterfly in Hong Kong can translate into a hurricane in New York extends to the most unexpected corners of reality. Hard drugs are no exception… (Continue to full article)

High-quality bone broth comes ready-made. Here’s why you should make it yourself
After everyone at your table has devoured the juiciest pieces of a roast chicken and you’ve treated your canine to the edible rejects, hold off on sliding that picked-over carcass into the trash. Your bird has another gift for you: broth.

Making homemade broth requires only a few minutes of your time, and the benefits extend far beyond sensory pleasure: to your health, wealth, and even the world around you.

For centuries, humans have been simmering otherwise inedible animal parts in water, sometimes for days, extracting maximum flavor and nutrients from those bones for nourishing meals to come. Thrifty grandmas and chefs the world over have refined that technique, adding vegetables and seasonings reflecting their cultures and customs. Traditional recipes earned reputations for purported healing powers… (Continue to full article)

Doctor who discovered she had stage 4 colon cancer at age 37…

…shares the warning signs that could save a life – including ‘pelvic heaviness’

A Florida gynecologist discovered her own stage 4 colon cancer despite suffering just two mild symptoms.

Dr Lauren Juyia, 38, started feeling fatigued last year but like most people would do, dismissed it as a part of life.

It wasn’t until Dr Juyia, who works in Brooksville and Clearwater, Florida, started feeling ‘pelvic heaviness’ last August that she decided to get an ultrasound.

Tests showed she had a small mass growing on her ovaries, which within a few weeks grew from 8 centimeters to 24 centimeters. It turned out the cause was actually later-stage colon cancer that had spread.

She is now spreading awareness of the warning signs to watch out for. Continue reading

Florida nurse, 24, who couldn’t stop burping is diagnosed with stage 3 CANCER

She warns others not to overlook unusual symptoms

A Florida nurse who couldn’t stop burping has revealed her symptom was caused by undiagnosed, late-stage cancer.

In 2021, Bailey McBreen, 24, started burping up to 10 times a day – something which was ‘not normal’ for her.

She put the symptom off for months, but she got checked when it progressed to acid reflux and ‘excruciating’ stomach cramps.

Ms McBreen, who exercised multiple times a week, was eventually diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer – which came as a ‘huge shock’ to her and her family.

Though burping as a sign of cancer may seem bizarre, colon cancer can cause obstructions in the digestive tract, leading to excess gas. Continue reading

Are These Cancer-Causing Foods in Your Diet?

Cancer is a systemic disease with various causes, some of which include a poor diet, toxin exposure, nutrient deficiencies and to some extent genetics. One extremely important way to prevent and/or treat cancer is nutritionally, through eating a nutrient-dense diet and avoiding things that are known to increase cancer risk.

But for many people navigating the modern-day food system often seems overwhelming. Ingredients in ultra-processed foods are being blamed for everything health-related, from cancer and diabetes, to reduced kidney function and bone loss. Only adding to the confusion, sometimes even the way we cook otherwise-healthy foods puts them in the cancer-causing foods category. Continue reading

Germ Theory Versus Terrain: The Wrong Side Won the Day

microbiologist hand cultivating a petri dish whit inoculation loops, beside a microscope and at background tubes and tools of laboratory / lab technician hand planting a petri dish

Whereas most Americans probably have heard of Louis Pasteur (1822–1895), it is doubtful that many are familiar with the name and work of Antoine Béchamp (1816–1908). The two nineteenth-century researchers were scientific contemporaries, compatriots and fellow members of the French Academy of Science, but key differences in their views on biology and disease pathology led to a prolonged rivalry both within and outside of the Academy.

Béchamp was the more brilliant thinker, but Pasteur had political connections, including Emperor Napoleon III. Reportedly not above “plagiarising and distorting Béchamp’s research,” Pasteur achieved fame and fortune largely because his views “were in tune with the science and the politics of his day.” Meanwhile, mainstream medical historians relegated Béchamp’s ideas – not as attractive to conventional thinkers – to the intellectual dustbin. What Junk Food, Vaccines/Shots, and Drugs have done to Our Children
A national study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) in 2010, zeroed in on the deterioration in children’s health over time. From 1988 to 2006, there was a doubling of the prevalence of four types of chronic conditions (obesity, asthma, behavior/learning problems and “other” physical conditions), which rose from 12.8% to 26.6% of American children and youth.

Mounting evidence indicates environmental toxins such as heavy metals, pesticides and herbicides as the principal culprits, while studies link vaccines and toxic vaccine ingredients to a wide range of adverse health outcomes, including seizures, neurodevelopmental disorders and infant death. As the medical, public health, and government circles remain silent on the social and economic fallout from these toxic exposures, American children have never been so sick… (Continue to full article)

Tuberculosis makes a comeback in the US with children most at risk
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) warned that 2.5 over every 100,000 Americans contracted the bacterial infection in 2022. This is up from 2.4 per 100,000 in 2021, but still below the pre-pandemic rate of 2.7.

Experts warned that case declines during the pandemic were not because of fewer infections but because of illness going unrecorded during a time many avoided testing.

Now that those anti-Covid mitigation measures have largely been consigned to history, rates of severe bacterial infection are on the rise, particularly in children four and younger… (Continue to full article)

American College of Physicians warns of ‘urgent threat‘ posed by highly contagious FUNGUS that has a kill rate of 60% and is growing across the US

Fauci: Phantom of His Own Opera

US health chiefs are warning about the dangers of a rapidly spreading deadly fungus — just a week after the hit zombie show The Last of Us wrapped up.

The American College of Physicians (ACAP) said the rise and spread of Candida auris, also known as C auris, is ‘concerning’. It is a microscopic yeast strain that does not form germ tubes and is rarely detected in the natural environment.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) already described the fungus, which kills up to 60 percent of people it infects, as an ‘urgent threat’ in 2019.

But the new research has revealed case numbers more than tripled across America between 2020 and 2021, with multidrug-resistant strains also becoming more common.

Most transmission occurs in healthcare facilities, especially among residents of long-term care facilities or among persons with indwelling devices or mechanical ventilators. Healthy people do not usually get sick, but among the frail and vulnerable, it kills between 30 and 60 percent. Continue reading

Chavez: The Respiratory Syncytial Virus Has Become a Huge Issue

Diana Chavez ~ Author

As a pediatric nurse in Phoenix, I have witnessed the devastating impact of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) on children and their families. This highly contagious virus, which causes severe respiratory illness, has become an increasingly prevalent issue in our community over the past year, compounding the strain on our health care system amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and seasonal flu outbreaks.

Last year, we faced an early and aggressive arrival of the virus. RSV season typically lasts from November to March, but in 2022, cases began to uptick sooner in the season than usual. This tells us that RSV is an unpredictable virus and can affect people of all ages, but particularly impacts young children and older adults. It can cause mild to severe respiratory illness in children, including bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Continue reading

Pancreatic cancer rates skyrocket as Covid jabs and boosters send toxic spike protein prions into vital organs
…including the pancreas, fueling turbo cancer!

An alarming trend in cancer rates skyrocketing for perfectly healthy people has garnered major attention, even in reports published in peer-reviewed medical journals. What is being termed “turbo cancer” since the Covid vaccines hit the market may be the prime culprit of this disastrous increase in deadly cancer cases, including those of the pancreas, which has the lowest rate of survival of all cancers. Women under 55 years of age, mainly black women, are especially being targeted by pancreatic cancer, according to a report in the Gastroenterology journal recently, and scientists seem befuddled.

Pancreatic cancer cases increasing, causing more than 3% of all cancer deaths in USA… (Continue to full article)

Men can reduce risk of bowel cancer by 20% if they stick to diet high in veg and beans
Men who eat a diet rich in vegetables, whole grains, beans and lentils can cut their risk of bowel cancer by more than a fifth, a study has found.

Women were also included in the research but no link between eating lots of plant foods and lower cancer risk was uncovered, which the scientists put down to men having an overall higher risk of the illness.

The study, published in the journal BMC Medicine, involved 79,952 men and 93,475 women around the age of 60 in the US… (Continue to full article)

Researchers develop new blood test that can detect prostate cancer with a claimed 94% accuracy
Researchers from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in the United Kingdom have developed a blood test that can detect prostate cancer with 94 percent accuracy.

The 94 percent accuracy rate beats the currently used prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test used around the world, which is only able to accurately detect prostate cancer in one out of four men who test positive.

The screening process the researchers developed is known as the Prostate Screening EpiSwitch (PSE) blood test. They believe this new test shows significant potential as an accurate and rapid cancer screening diagnostic… (Continue to full article)
