Loudon: The Twelve Commandants of Nutrition

According to Rob Hobson, a London-based nutritionist, adding more spring greens, red meat and nuts to your diet could help combat any distressing symptoms

ONE. Every person should consume live electromagnetic food every day, including young people. These may include 8 to 12 raw fresh vegetables fruits, nuts, berries, sprouts, bulbs, stems, leaves, crushed and raw seeds, melons, greens, dates, coconuts, roots, and (not vegetables), fish 2 or 3 times a week. This provides lots of fiber and keeps elimination going. Please flush your intestines out 3 or 4 times a week with psyllium., oat bran, or wheat bran.

TWO. Every person over six years should consume 1 to 1 and ½ tablespoons of cold, raw polyunsaturated, or monounsaturated oil every day. These may include flaxseed oil, Udos choice, northern seed oils, krill oil, cod liver oil, fish oil, wheat germ oil, sesame seed oil, sunflower oil, and walnut oil.

THREE. Eat SPARINGLY or not at all, sugar, sugar derivatives, excess carbohydrates, white flour, candy, fructose, corn syrup, all boiled oils on the grocery shelf, deep-fried fast food and restaurant oils, hard alcohol (beer and champagne are fermented) energy drinks, processed fruit juices (many fruit juices have excess fructose), except grapefruit, lemon, and juiced vegetables, poultry skins, and pasteurized milk. Milk has no food value except calcium.

FOUR. For cooking and frying, use coconut oil, palm oil, or butter. These saturated fats change very little while cooking.

FIVE. Be aware of “transfats’ and “mega trans.” These fats, from frying and deep frying with oils from the grocery shelf, along with sugar and sugar derivatives produce homocysteine, in the blood. Homocysteine creates blood clotting. It produces clotting in people with high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes, heart attacks, diabetes, and cancer.

SIX. Eat red meat, bacon, frankfurters, and sausage sparingly or not at all. These not only have excess omega-6 oils but have about 30 percent interstitial fatty acids. A good steak may be OK once in a while but red meat should not be consumed at all with cancer. Also eat sparingly dairy fats, poultry skins, vegetable oils on the grocery shelf, pasteurized milk, sugar-glazed nuts, potato chips unless baked, and roasted nuts.

SEVEN. Drink 3 to 5 glasses of water, tea, or vegetable juice every day. Limit two cups of coffee without coffee-mate or sugar additives. Kidney disease starts many times with chronic dehydration.

EIGHT. Try to get at least 150 minutes of exercise per week. Brisk walking, running, bicycling, climbing, swimming, tennis, basketball, treadmill, lifting while running, etc. It is better if you exercise vigorously 7 days a week for at least 30 minutes to bring your heart rate up to 120 or more beats per minute. This keeps the blood vessels more open to deliver more oxygen. Try to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.

NINE. Keep your arteries soft and pliable to deliver maximum oxygen. Nitric oxide tablets or capsules will do just that. Two or three different NO supplements a day can be L-arginine, L-carnitine, L-citrulline, Ginkgo Biloba, periwinkle, and turmeric. In India, they say oral curcumin or turmeric capsules help prevent covid-19. It produces many great chemical reactions in the body. My suggestion. Take (curcumin) every day in food or capsules.

TEN. Minerals and vitamins are missing in many people’s diets. I recommend time-release vitamin C, 1000 or 2000 mg/day, vitamins B2, B3, B 6, B 12, Folate, CoQ10, and selenium daily. If over 50 years old, Calcium orotate, calcium lactate, or coral calcium with magnesium.

ELEVEN. Keep an optimum urine and saliva pH. Buy some hydrion litmus paper. If you have none, you can call 800 868 0700 (Daily manufacturing). Check your fresh saliva and urine pH every morning and night before you brush your teeth. The optimum pH of the urine and saliva (6.4 to 6.8) shows that your blood, body cells, and heart rate are at optimum electromagnetic strength. This keeps your body’s cell membranes open for getting oxygen, nutrients, and minerals into the cells and getting the wastes, CO2, and contaminants out of the cells easily. This creates more energy, vitality, a better immune system, better brain alertness, keeps your heart humming, and enables you to live longer in most cases.

TWELVE. Keep your body cell, blood, organ, and brain pH balanced and ready for duty. If your urine is acidic at night, you can consider putting ½ of a fresh-squeezed lemon in a small glass of water and drinking it in the evening and the morning. Although lemon is acidic, it stimulates the pancreas to produce alkaline enzymes which will raise the body cell and organ pH. Another way is to eat more alkaline foods that are listed in my book. Eating processed and refined foods, sugar, sugar derivatives, and lots of carbs will keep the body cell, blood, and organ pH acidic. That is not good. The more steady the pH is through the day and night, the healthier a person will be.

Remember, if there are any allergic or undo reactions, stop anything that may cause it. Also check with a licensed professional when using any foods that cause problems, using vitamins and minerals.
This is a refrigerator door list of suggestions that may help you and your family stay healthy, keep a great alert brain, immune system, create energy, vitality and live a long life.
