After Cancer is cured, Your Diet and Lifestyle as Related to Prevention

As better and better ways of curing cancer are being used, more and more information needs to be printed to safeguard the wonderful life after a person has been cured of cancer. Machines such as the CellSonic VIPP pressure pulse machine and other newer methods of successful treatment bring to our attention that a follow-up cancer cure program is very important.

There are SEVEN very important factors that are related to maintaining your health after successful cancer treatments. These seven factors have been mentioned in the preventive sections of my books, “Preventing Cancer,’ and “Critical Non-Invasive Treatment to help cure Grade III and IV Cancer.” People that have had their cancer cured need to be aware of some very important steps to ensure that they do not fall into the same cancer or disease body cell condition that started the whole episode. They need to stay healthy, wealthy, and (energy) wise. Hopefully to spend a great many years of a wonderful, healthy, disease-free life.

The seven factors that may help cancer cure veterans to keep cancer and other diseases away are 1. Diet, 2. Exercise, 3. lifestyle, 4. Sleep, 5. Emotional stability, 6. Stress, and lastly, 7. Environmental avoidance.

Most alternative preventive cancer Physicians agree that 70 to 90 percent of disease is caused by a bad diet. It is by far the most important factor after successful cancer treatment. There is enough information to write a book about diet, but due to space limitations, I want to mention only five very important foods to help your immune system and your health. I also want to mention five foods that you should avoid to keep a great immune system, good health, and longevity.

One. Eat daily, eight to twelve raw, fresh vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts, seeds, sprouts, bulbs, and leaves. Cooked squash and legumes are also on that list. These foods are the best electromagnetic foods that you can consume. My recommendation is to eat these fresh, raw foods in salads, cut up raw, lightly cooked, or as vegetable juices with lemon. They are the foods that strengthen your immune system, create energy, and help you prevent recurring diseases. Two. Eat 1 to 2 tablespoons of cold raw omega-3 polyunsaturated or monounsaturated oils every day. In my Preventive cancer book I wrote, ”a tablespoon a day will keep the heart attack away.” Some great raw oils are flaxseed oil, Udo’s choice, krill oil, cod liver oil, fish oil, and raw northern seed oils. Three. Garlic and turmeric. Two or three cloves of raw, (crushed or chopped) garlic in food should be the number one food to consume every day. Garlic has over twelve important duties to perform in your body. They are a “disease preventer,” antibiotic, and lowers blood pressure among the many things that it does. Turmeric (curry) also is a great supplement with at least 20 great things it does for your health. More and more information about turmeric says that it is one of the best health boosters that a person can consume. It comes in capsules, or powder that can be put in almost any food. In India, they say it also prevents cancer and other diseases. Four. Fermented foods. If you are not eating fermented foods, you are missing a great immune system booster. It is especially important after a person’s cancer has been cured because it increases the number of good bacteria in your small intestine, and helps keep the 80/20 bacteria ratio which is so important to prevent gut inflammation and diseases. Some great fermented foods are Kimchi, sauer-kraut, kifer, kombucha, yogurt (plain), miso, and natto. Five. Lemon Juice. Drinking pure, raw lemon juice in water morning and night before bed is the best disease prevention in the world. When you got cancer, your blood and body cell pH was probably acidic. Lemon juice made from fresh lemons is the best alkaline booster anyone can drink. Your urine and saliva can be monitored with hydrion litmus paper to make sure that your urine and saliva are neutral or slightly alkaline (6.4 to 6.8). That is an indicator that your blood and body cells are at 7.35 pH. If so that is great. If it is higher, you can cut down on the lemon juice. Remember that disease usually starts in an acidic body. There are many other immune system and health enhancers. I just mentioned some that you might consider on your daily diet.

After successful cancer treatment, there are also some very important foods that you should avoid. I will list some of the most important foods that you might consider eliminating or cutting back on. One. Sugar and sugar derivatives. These are cancer and disease makers. They probably played a big part in the beginning of your cancer episode. You will be very smart to cut down or eliminate sugar, candy, and sugar derivatives. Two. Avoid all omega 6 oils on the grocery shelf, except extra virgin olive oil, which has not been boiled to keep it from being rancid. These oils turn to “transfats” and “mega trans” when boiled or used with deep-fried, or fried foods. These non-electromagnetic oils are also cancer and disease makers. You will be very wise to cut out or skimp on these deep-fried, fried, and boiled omega-6 oils. However, it is recommended that to fry foods, coconut oil, palm oil, and butter are the best saturated fats to use while frying. Three. Carbohydrates. You might say, “carbohydrates will not hurt me.” But please remember the majority of carbs produce glucose in your body. Glucose is the food that cancer cells love. Cutting way down on carbs may be a wise thing. People do not realize the number of noodles, spaghetti, pizzas, bread, cakes, cookies, pies, chips, pancakes, waffles, etc. that they consume. These foods contribute to a large percentage of Candida Albicans fungus that creates toxins in your gut. Candida, bad bacteria and parasites are multiplied many times in your gut when you overeat with carbohydrates. Unless you are running a 6 mile race, it is best to cut way down on them. Four. Red Meat. I love red meat. But I only eat it on rare occasions. Red meat contains about 30 percent of omega-6 fats in the intersticial muscles spaces. A little on occasions may not hurt you, but skimping them or not eating them at all may be a very good practice. Red meat is also very acidic and can lower the pH (voltage) of the body cells and blood. Five. GMO foods. GMO foods unfortunately are disease makers. There are now more than 10 foods that have had their crops sprayed with glyphosate (roundup). In the U.S. corn, soy, canola are just some of these foods. The products of these foods simmer down into your dinner plate. Monsanto has been sold to Bayer Aspirin. Together, they have put out billions in law suites over the cause of glaucoma blood cancer. The FDA also will not put labels on GMO products saying that certain foods have been sprayed with roundup. It is best to buy organic, and better yet, raise your own garden.

The following procedures also need to be considered after successful cancer treatment. EXERCISE. It is very healthy to exercise at least four times a week if you are not in an occupation that keeps you moving every day. Remember, it is never to cold to walk or run. It is just a matter of clothes that compete with the temperatures. Bicycling, running, running on a treadmill, weight lifting, swimming, and playing sports are all good ways to exercise at least 20 minutes a day. The more that you exercise, the more oxygen you get, and your energy will also increase. The literature says that walking four miles and hour burns twice as many calories as walking three miles an hour. Running will double that. LIFESTYLE. By now, every cancer cure veteran has heard about smoking, excess drinking, not getting enough sleep, and smoking pot. All four of these habits cause excess body cell death and can not help the brain. Avoiding them is a great virtue. SLEEP. There are at least four important reasons for getting enough sleep. When you sleep, the cerebrospinal fluids are cleaning your spine and brain. Brain specialists say that sleep and cerebrospinal fluid provides nourishment to the brain, removal of wastes, and protection of the brain and spinal cord from injury. Sleep deprivation will also have a negative effect on your brain. There is a little controversy about what creates the action that moves the cerebrospinal fluid. Most doctors are taught that the sutures of the head move enough at night to produce a fluid motion in the brain and spinal cord. Others say that the diaphragm and breathing have a part in cerebrospinal fluid movement. They also say that getting a full night’s sleep will make a big difference in brain function and your health. STRESS. Many physicians and cancer researchers say that stress, worry, and depression are big factors in getting cancer and other diseases. To be a centurian, it would probably be important to eliminate worry, stress, and depression from your daily life. The best advice you can get is to lead a great social life, avoid worry, and stress. Don’t get stressed out if the Seahawks lose a ball game, or the Mariners do not make the playoffs. Emotional stability is very important in preventing disease and living a long life. ENVIRONMENTAL AVOIDANCE. The world that we live in is full of environmental hazards. Every person needs to be able to breathe freely, eat, and live in their environment without fear of disease. Cancer cured veterans if they suspect biological, work, air, or an abusive environment, need the best advice to eliminate it, prevent it, or move on.

These several living tips are just a part of things that might help you in your quest for a great immune system, healthy, and energy-filled long life. Most important, is for you to eat live foods often that produce the voltage that run your body cells and blood. Refined, processed, GMO, and non-electromagnetic foods are the reason for intestinal toxins, inflammation, leaky gut, and disease.
