Louden: How a Nutrition Value System may add Years to Your Life

What is a Nutrition food value system? It is a system that may add increased energy, a great immune system, increased vitality, and may add many healthy years to your life.

For many years I have been working to develop a nutrition food value rating system. I recognized that a person’s energy, health, and longevity are related to their bioelectric body cell system, health, energy, immune system, and longevity. A nutrition value rating system is a valuable tool that uses nutritional, electromagnetic, ionic/cationic, and 80/20 gut bacteria to analyze what foods a person can eat to balance the 80/20 gut bacteria ratio in your small intestine.

The 80/20 gut bacteria ratio is probably the most important disease control factor in your body. It determines whether your diet and digestion are running smoothly to prevent disease, or if the bad bacteria, Candida fungus, parasites, molds, and other fungus have gained a foothold to cause autoimmune and other diseases in your body. This nutritional value system is designed to help people select foods that maintain the 80/20 gut bacteria balance. These value systems control the toxins, inflammation, and leaky gut which cause disease. They also are a way to select foods that will balance the ideal 80/20 gut equation.

To my recollection, there has never been a valuation system on foods that contain biolectric measurements. If you try to investigate nutritional food value systems in most publications and the internet, you will find they contain formulations to support health, calorie information, nutrition databases which include ingredient content, diets, protein, and carbohydrate content, etc. Nutrition values as related to the USDA include listings of nutrition values of commonly used foods. However, all they list is the minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and servings of each. They also list conversion charts for pound to ounces, grams, gallons to quarts, pints, cups, ounces, and teaspoons. Other information the USDA lists are the estimated amounts consumed for daily dietary intake.

Why are the bioelectric nutritional, acid/alkaline, ionic/cationic, and 80/20 ratios more important? Because they can tell you what bioelectric foods are needed for you to control your health, immune system, energy, and often times longevity. It is a control for balancing the body’s diet and metabolism with a proper selection of foods.

In my new book “Preventing Cancer,” I list 54 foods with four categories of nutritional electromagnetic values. These four categories are One. Nutritional value. Two. electromagnetic voltage as related to pH (acid/neutral/alkaline). Three. the 80/20 (estimated) bacteria ratio with that food. Four. The ionic/cationic value is related to the 80/20 ideal bacteria ratio.

Why would this nutritional value system be useful? Because it shows the bioelectric value of each of these foods plus how you can use this information to reach an ideal 80/20 (estimated) ideal gut bacteria balanced ratio. This can inform you in buying foods that balance this ratio. If you do not control this 80/20 bad bacteria/good bacteria gut ratio, you are playing Russian Roulette with your health, energy, immune system, and maybe longevity.

To my recollection, this is the only scientific way to control your nutrition health. Most of the nutrition value systems a person reads about are misleading because they do not get to the bioelectric metabolism database system. The criteria for the four categories can be explained by investigating the 80/20 bacteria ratio. A 75/25 ratio shows whether the bad bacteria Candida fungus, parasites, and other terrorists have multiplied in the gut. They are producing toxins that cause inflammation. This leads to a leaky gut and invasion of the alien (bad bacteria) army into your bloodstream. Disease ensues. When that ratio favors the bad bacteria, you would need to buy and consume foods needed to raise the ionic, electromagnetic foods to maintain the 80/20 gut bacteria balance. You may even need a parasite cleanser.

Below is a sample page from food # 3 in my Preventing cancer book. The 54 food pages show the nutritional value from ten (highest bioelectric voltage, pH), down to one (lowest bioelectric nutrition value), ionic/cationic value, and health nutrition value. I do not have the 80/20 gut ratio in the book but I am writing a new book with that ratio included. This may be a great help in your selection of foods, plus keeping the 80/20 or better gut ratio with your diet, helping raise your energy, immune system, vitality, and maybe longevity. { 10 } Electromagnetic Card (food) # 3 food Value Raw Northern Seed Oils, fish oil, flaxseed oil, Udo’s choice, Krill oil, cod liver oil I cannot emphasize enough the importance of these raw, polyunsaturated (omega-3) seed and fish oils. They are essential for your diet and should be found in your refrigerator and used every day. They are essential for your health in many ways. They combat disease and keep your blood, body cells, and organs healthy and vital. These oils help form the double helix bond carbon molecules that keep your body cells healthy and full of energy. They are helping to combat disease by creating the electromagnetic health essentials that run your body cells, blood, brain, and organs. One or two tablespoons a day (especially flaxseed oil) mixed with cottage cheese, crushed flaxseeds (crushed in a coffee grinder), and Quark (fermented goats milk), form an ionic mixture that is one of the best foods to help prevent blood clots, inflammation, free radical cell damage, disease, and cancer.

These polyunsaturated fats are not recommended for cooking. Cooking makes them prone to oxidation and free radical changes in your body cells, organs, and blood. When cooking, one should use coconut oil, palm oil, or butter, because they do not produce as many free radical changes when heated.

These polyunsaturated oils keep our intestinal bacteria happy and our immune system in great shape. Biochemists and nutritionists have found that one to two tablespoons of these polyunsaturated fats each day is essential for your body cells, heart, blood, organs, brain, and immune system bacteria. They will combat blood sugar, inflammation, free radical cell damage, toxicity, prostate changes, dementia, carpal tunnel, and many other problems in your body. They should be kept in the refrigerator and in dark bottles. Over time, if not kept cold, they will turn rancid and into omega-6 (dead) oils.

Altogether these 54 food pages show a nutritional food value system that will produce energy, immunity, vitality, health, and maybe longevity. If you follow the nutrition value system, it should help direct your diet, food choices, and what you buy to keep the 80/20 ratio in your small intestine. If you haven’t already done so, I would suggest that you buy some hydrion litmus paper to check your urine and saliva. You can test with litmus paper in the morning when you get up and at night before you brush your teeth. The color chart will show the pH, (acid, neutral, and/or alkaline).
