The title of this category says it all. It is YOUR health, and ultimately – YOUR choice – as to how you choose to deal with the ailments, which have afflicted you, whether cancerous or not. Whatever your health maladies may or may NOT be – ultimately – the choice is YOURS. As Dr. Kelley taught his students (some might call them ‘patients’) – the Doctor can’t cure you of anything. He can set a broken bone and he or she can prescribe a drug – but only YOU can cure yourself of anything. It is time for you to take control of your own well being. A wide range of subjects are covered.

Florida Issues Health Alert: mRNA COVID Vaccines Caused ‘Substantial Increase’ in Reports of Adverse Events

Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo, M.D., Ph.D., issued a health alert on Wednesday warning that the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines caused a “substantial increase” in reports of adverse events in Florida.

The alert was based on a letter he sent earlier this week to the heads of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) pointing out the excess risk of adverse events associated with the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. Continue reading

37-Year-Old Injured by Pfizer Vaccine Had to ‘Learn to Walk and Speak Again

In an interview with The Defender, Dedra Long described how she went from a surgical technologist and busy mother of three to an invalid after her employer pressured her to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Dedra Long had a fulfilling life, working as a surgical technologist and raising her three children. After contracting COVID-19 in February 2020, and being exposed to it several more times through her job, she developed health problems that led her to seek new employment at a credit union.

In 2021, Long’s new employer began pressuring employees to get vaccinated — and that’s when things took a turn for the worse for Long. Continue reading

Long COVID Now Looks like a Neurological Disease, Helping Doctors to Focus Treatments

The causes of long COVID, which disables millions, may come together in the brain and nervous system

Tara Ghormley has always been an overachiever. She finished at the top of her class in high school, graduated summa cum laude from college and earned top honors in veterinary school. She went on to complete a rigorous training program and build a successful career as a veterinary internal medicine specialist. But in March 2020 she got infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus – just the 24th case in the small, coastal central California town she lived in at the time, near the site of an early outbreak in the COVID pandemic. “I could have done without being first at this,” she says. Most People Don’t Know What a Normal or Healthy Blood Pressure Is

Fast Facts

* Many Americans don’t know the upper threshold for normal or healthy blood pressure readings, despite being confident that they do.

* A healthy blood pressure reading is less than 120/80 mm Hg.

* More than half of U.S. adults are living with high blood pressure, which is a major risk factor for stroke and heart disease.

Blood pressure measurements are a standard part of both routine and urgent health visits – but most Americans aren’t aware of what constitutes a normal or healthy blood pressure reading, new research shows. Continue reading

Loudon: Your Body is an Electromagnetic Machine

Your body has about 9 trillion body cells and over 25 trillion little bacteria in the intestinal gut (BIOME). All of these cells operate on a very low electric frequency measured by “Hertz millivoltage” or pH (acid/alkaline) balance. You are very lucky that you don’t have to feed each one of these little critters individually. But you do have to feed them electromagnetic food to have them stay healthy. Your car has only one battery, generator, and motor. It also runs on electric impulses called “volts.” An electric short will stop the engine. You are dead in the water. It is a big advantage for humans to have trillions of little creatures having small electric impulses. Some can be sick but the rest of the body and gut cells still have electric impulses that keep the body alive, hopefully healthy. To stay healthy, your job to stay very healthy is to eat about 3 cups of good raw electromagnetic foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, berries, grapes, dates, legumes, squash, bulbs, leaves, and other plant foods each day. Animal foods produce some protein and other nutrients like minerals but do not have the electromagnetic energy that plant, vine, and tree foods have. Continue reading

Do you live in one of these five cancer-causing hotspots?
A map showing the location of cancer gas-emitting facilities reveals more than 4.4 million Americans live in five hotspots – a 10-mile radius of two plants – and experts blame the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for failing to protect these communities.

These facilities are commercial sterilizing plants that use ethylene oxide to decontaminate medical equipment and food products.

Two sterilizers may expose more than 1.6 million people in Los Angeles, California, while 1.85 million people live within 10 miles of six plans in Minneapolis, Minnesota… (Continue to full article)

Do you live near a cancer gas-emitting plant? Map shows more than 14 million Americans live within 5 miles of commercial sterilizing facilities
More than 14 million Americans live within just five miles of 104 cancer gas-emitting facilities, reveals a new report.

The Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) found that these commercial plants release large amounts of ethylene oxide, a flammable colorless gas used to clean medical equipment and food items.

These facilities, designed to look like warehouses or office buildings, are located in densely populated areas, with more than 10,000 schools and childcare centers within range… (Continue to full article)

Here is the Truth: Medicare Advantage Is Neither Medicare Nor an Advantage
Right now, well-funded lobbyists from big health insurance companies are leading a campaign on Capitol Hill to get Members of Congress and Senators of both parties to sign on to a letter designed to put them on the record “expressing strong support” for the scam that is Medicare Advantage.

But here is the truth: Medicare Advantage is neither Medicare nor an advantage.

And I should know. I am a former health-care executive who helped develop PR and marketing schemes to sell these private insurance plans… (Continue to full article)

Primum non nocere is a Latin phrase that means “first, do no harm.”

Texas bills would force doctors to abide by ‘do no harm
Texas doctors who use their skills to mutilate mentally confused children could lose their medical license if bills in the state legislature become state law.

Two bills before the Texas House and Texas Senate would make it illegal for medical professionals to participate in the transgender-affirming practice that is often described as barbaric and dangerous, and which is making many hospitals lots of money.

Jonathan Covey of Texas Values tells AFN lawmakers are taking action because there is no evidence life-changing hormones and body-altering surgeries improve a child who identifies as the opposite sex.

“There’s a complete lack of evidence that it helps children overcome feelings of gender dysphoria, or confusion about their sex, and improve their mental health… (Continue to full article)

Industry group says detergents meet new environmental standards set by New York
An environmental advocacy group says New York state regulators will take a closer look at several popular laundry detergents, citing a new state regulation limiting the presence of a chemical believed to be a human carcinogen.

However, an industry group representing detergent manufacturers tells ConsumerAffairs that there has been no ban and none is expected because major manufacturers currently meet the new standard.

“People can also be exposed following contact with cosmetics, shampoo, or bubble bath that contain certain ingredients in which 1,4-dioxane may be a contaminant,” the advisory notes. “1,4-Dioxane does not remain in the body because it breaks down into chemicals that are removed quickly.”

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has classified 1,4-dioxane as a probable human carcinogen… (Continue to full article)

Why the American Medical System Is Broken

Anyone who’s recently visited a hospital in America knows the system is broken. Prices are outrageous, answers are slim, and insurance companies are insufferable. Each time I think about how the medical system in America is terrible, one of the only small comforts is that Canada’s healthcare situation is worse.

Still, we didn’t arrive here without a string of bad decisions leading to an overpriced, unhelpful, and increasingly woke medical system. So how did we get here?

Big Pharma, Carnegie, and Rockefeller
One gripe many have with the modern medical system is the rejection of diet, exercise, and natural medicine in favor of big pharma and a palmful of pills. But it wasn’t always this way. Continue reading

A ‘Concerning‘ Number of Women 65 and Older Are Dying From Cervical Cancer

A survey by the charity, The Eve Appeal, reveals one in five women believe the five cancers – womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal cancers – are linked to sexual promiscuity.

Nearly one in five new cervical cancers diagnosed from 2009 to 2018 were in women 65 and older, according to a new UC Davis study. But what has experts concerned is that, according to the study, more older women (71%) had late-stage cancer than younger women (48%), which corresponds to lower survival rates that only get worse with age.

In general, if cervical cancer is diagnosed after it has spread to nearby tissues, organs or lymph nodes, the five-year relative survival rate is 59%, according to the National Cancer institute (NCI). Continue reading

Time-Restricted Eating May Have Anti-Aging, Anticancer Effects

A recent study in mice found that time-restricted feeding affects the expression of genes in multiple tissues in the body. MirageC/Getty Images

Time-restricted eating (TRE) involves a regular, 24-hour cycle of eating and fasting, with meals, snacks, and sugary drinks strictly limited to the same 8–10 hour window each day.

TRE is a form of intermittent fasting (IF) in which people can eat what they like during a set period but must fast for the rest of the time.

Scientists believe the TRE protocol improves health and well-being by reinforcing the body’s natural daily cycle of rest and activity, but how it works at a molecular level has been unclear. Continue reading

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak Laboratory Research & Quality Control on a high technology equipment.

COVID-19 is a leading cause of death in children and young people in the United States
Between August 2021 and July 2022, COVID-19 was a leading cause of death in children and young people in the US, ranking eighth overall. COVID-19 was the top cause of death in children from an infectious disease, in the same period.

Deaths in children from COVID-19 were highest in the US during the Delta and Omicron waves. Infants aged less than one year were the most vulnerable, with a COVID-19 death rate of 4 per 100,000.

Pharmaceutical and public health interventions continue to be important to limit transmission of the virus and to mitigate severe disease in this age group…. (Continue to full article)

9 diseases that keep epidemiologists up at night
Just three years ago, on Jan. 30, 2020, the head of the World Health Organization made a landmark declaration: A “novel coronavirus” that had first been identified in China had spread to a degree where it was now a “Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC).”

The virus now known as SARS-CoV-2 – which causes the disease COVID-19 – is still spreading. But for those who study infectious diseases, talking about possible next pandemics is a necessity.

That’s why the World Health Organization keeps a list of viruses and bacteria with pandemic potential. Jill Weatherhead of Baylor College of Medicine says prioritizing diseases is generally based on two factors: their ability to spread and the ability of humans to treat them… (Continue to full article)

Study of 500,000 Medical Records Links Viruses to Alzheimer’s Again And Again
Researchers found 22 connections between viral infections and neurodegenerative conditions in the study of around 450,000 people.

People treated for a type of inflammation of the brain called viral encephalitis were 31 times more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease. (For every 406 viral encephalitis cases, 24 went on to develop Alzheimer’s disease – around 6 percent.)

Those who were hospitalized with pneumonia after catching the flu seemed to be more susceptible to Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

Intestinal infections and meningitis (both often caused by a virus), as well as the varicella-zoster virus, which causes shingles, were also implicated in the development of several neurodegenerative diseases… (Continue to full article)

Study shows cyclic breathing technique more effective in reducing stress than mindfulness meditation
At team of researchers at Stanford University reports evidence that people who engage in cyclic sighing breathing exercises see a greater reduction in stress than those engaging in mindfulness meditation. In their paper published in the journal Cell Reports Medicine, the researchers describe their study of several different types of stress reduction techniques.

Prior research has shown that while stress can be a positive influence at times, such as when it prompts people to do things they know they need to do, more often, it is considered adverse because it can lead to health problems such as hypertension… (Continue to full article)

Vaping Raises Risk of Heart Attacks, Strokes, Depression
E-cigarettes may be an effective way of helping people to quit smoking regular cigarettes, but studies show that vaping is far from safe. According to the research, people who vape are more likely to suffer heart attacks, strokes, and depression.

Using the National Health Interview Survey, researchers compared people who reported vaping to with those not reporting any e-cigarette use and found that e-cigarette users had a:

* 55% greater risk of having a heart attack

* 44% greater risk of circulatory problems

* 30% higher risk of having a stroke

* 10% higher risk of coronary artery disease… (Continue to full article)

Can Prostate Supplements Reduce Your Risk of Prostate Cancer?
If you search the internet for prostate health supplements, you will find dozens of options that claim to shrink your prostate, improve urine flow, or reduce your risk of prostate cancer. They have names like Ultra Prostate Formula, Prostate Complete, and Prostate Support. Most supplements range from twenty to fifty dollars for 60 to 90 pills.

Many men take these supplements to reduce symptoms of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). Men with a family history of prostate cancer may take supplements to reduce their risk. BPH symptoms include a weak urine stream, frequent urination, and an urgent need to urinate. BPH is very common and increases every year after age 40. By age 60, about 60 percent of men will have some symptoms of BPH. Prostate cancer affects about 11 percent of men. Having BPH does not increase your risk of prostate cancer… (Continue to full article)

Fentanyl’s deathly grip on America
Cheap synthetic opioid flooding US street drug supply is dragging down life expectancy, turning our cities into Zombielands and killing 1,500 people a WEEK

The US is in the midst of a catastrophic fentanyl epidemic that is causing an eye-watering number of deaths and tearing the fabric of American society apart.

The ultra-strong opioid being cut with virtually every street drug in the country killed a record 75,000 Americans in 2021, the equivalent of 1,500 lives lost every week.

Fentanyl – which is 100 times more potent than morphine – started off as a cheap and potent alternative to heroin and was used by only the most hardcore drug addicts in the US, who mainly injected it or smoked it through a pipe… (Continue to full article)

Health Care — A Monopoly of Monsters

As noted by The Hill’s anchor Briahna Joy Gray in the video above, Americans pay twice as much for their health care yet get the worst care of any developed Western nation. And, while other countries guarantee treatment regardless of income, treatment in the U.S. depends on whether you can afford costly health insurance, or have a job that provides it. Continue reading

Vitamin D may improve brain function and strengthen memory…

Here’s how much you need each day!

A new study suggests vitamin D may improve brain health. OLGA ROLENKO — GETTY IMAGES

Vitamin D or “the sunshine vitamin” has long been touted for strengthening our bones and aiding our immune system. Research has linked vitamin D deficiency with chronic health conditions and early death. A group of researchers from Tufts University found that the vitamin may also affect our brain’s cognitive function.

In a new study published Wednesday in Alzheimer’s & Dementia: The Journal of the Alzheimer’s Association, researchers examined vitamin D in brain tissue. They found that higher levels of the vitamin were associated with better cognitive function – a stronger memory and a slower progression of cognitive decline. This study marked the first time vitamin D levels were studied in brain tissue according to the authors – a timely study as experts estimate those living with dementia will surmount 150 million globally by 2050. Johnson & Johnson and a New War on Consumer Protection

The company has spent billions on cases about one of its most popular products. As its executives try a brazen new legal strategy to stop the litigation, corporate America takes note.

God gives you only one body, Deane Berg always said, so you’d better take care of the one you’ve got. A physician assistant at the veterans’ hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, she knew that spotting between periods wasn’t unusual for a forty-nine-year-old woman, but she went to the doctor anyway. Her two daughters had already lost their father to lung cancer, so Berg wanted to stick around.

Just perimenopause, the doctor concluded after a cursory examination. Probably a blood clot, the nurse practitioner told her when a subsequent ultrasound showed something on an ovary. “It’s not going to be cancer,” the gynecological surgeon said before removing both ovaries on the day after Christmas in 2006. But, when Berg went for her follow-up, she read the words on the pathology report before the surgeon had a chance to break the news: serous carcinoma. She cried, and the surgeon did, too. She would now need a full hysterectomy, chemotherapy, and a great deal of luck. Every year, around twenty thousand women are given a diagnosis of ovarian cancer in the United States, and more than half that many will die of the disease. Continue reading

What’s The Real Purpose Of The Covid Vaccine?

I recently read an article on the Gateway Pundit for September 7th. The title of the article was “UK Bans Covid Vax for Kids–Investigation Finds Vaccine Affects Sexual Development in Little Boys

Dr. Naomi Wolf was recently interviewed on the War room and she discussed this development in Great Britain. The article noted that “The UK Health Security Agency banned the Covid vaccine from children who had not turned five by the end of last month. The UK will no longer offer the vaccine to children aged 5 to 11. Wolf also discussed a recent investigation that revealed the devastating effects of the vaccine on little boys. According to Dr. Naomi Wolf, the vaccine is hindering the development of the testes of pre-adolscent boys. This is a catastrophe.” Continue reading
