Your Brain is far more complex than the largest computer in the world, or the panel on an electric atomic power plant. It is so powerful that it controls and navigates you throughout your whole life.
A person cannot put a value on thinking and thinking skills. Lets us start by asking. What is thinking? Thinking is a unique, silent, selective, non-material, low energetic, electromagnetic process in which a person dreams, reasons, calculates, evaluates, perceives, receives senses, conserves, remembers, conceptualizes, organizes, and disorganizes, creates, exercises, AND DETERMINES the future of their lives.
Your future life, education, work ethic, competitiveness, security, home environment, living, working conditions, nutrition, goals, and ambitions is determined by the path your brain is on and where it leads you.
Thinking skills are very dependent on nutrition. Without the proper live bioelectric nutrition, thinking skills will not only be diminished, but the neurons, axons, and dendrites in the brain will also be retarded. This causes a loss of thinking skills, neuron deterioration, and over time possible brain diseases including mental retardation, neuron death, a shrinking brain, and Alzheimer’s disease.
Thinking is the reason that man is far ahead of all other animals on the planet. It is the reason that you are reading this post. Thinking creates your living conditions, comfort, what you do, work environment, innovations, procedures, plans, work, what you wear, and the food that you place on your table.
Parents and schools must teach children much more in ways of brain nutrition, thinking skills, subjects that create curiosity, innovation, motivation, honesty, attention, concentration, focus, math skills, computer skills, music, and competitiveness.
It is sad, but parent neglect in the last few years has reduced discipline in many families. As a result, learning in many families has been neglected which may reflect on the ability of many children to create a great education for themselves. In addition, the diets of many children have been neglected because of the lack of health and diet education by families and schools. Unfortunately, the poor diets that many children get are the beginning of a LONG TERM CHRONIC LOSS of essential brain nutrients which is the beginning of a mental decline, mental retardation, and Alzheimer’s disease. Also, a poor diet, Inattention, lack of concentration, and focus are the most common causes of forgetting and not learning.
What makes the brain such a great, powerful, and creative organ? Knowing what is in the brain will help. These are some of the great parts of the brain that navigates you through every day.
The main parts of the brain are the frontal lobes, the parietal lobes, the occipital lobes, and the cerebral cortex, which gives the brain its outer wrinkly appearance. Most thinking is done in the frontal lobes of the brain. The parietal lobes (middle part) interpret a lot of information but are not nearly as active as the frontal lobes. The frontal lobe creates cognitive thinking, skills, planning, reason, judgments, language, music, creativity, and rational thought.
Most of the brain is composed of neurons, axons (which are the extensions of neurons), and dendrites which extend from the axons and create the chemical connections between neurons. The axons protrude from the neurons. They have long connections which can be as long as 36 inches. They help move electrical messages in the brain and throughout the body systems. A neuron may have one or many axons. There are as many neurons and axons in the brain as there are stars in the milky way galaxy.
Dendrites in the brain are responsible for making chemicals that connect axons that are attached to the neurons. They make chemical synapse connections that connect neurons, axons, and body cells. The contact between nerve cells happens in milliseconds. It is done with a chemical connection involving acetylcholine. You create new neurons throughout your life, even in old age, but an ALKALINE DIET and EXERCISE are very important. Areas of the brain can create new nerve cells as well as new pathways. Exercising your brain will preserve short-term and long-term memory.
Although the brain contains only about 5 percent of the body weight, it consumes about 25 percent of the body’s oxygen. That is why it is so important to EXERCISE your body four to seven times each week. Most people do not realize that physical EXERCISE not only gets more oxygen to the brain but helps increase the neurons and axons that navigate your thoughts and body. Also, brain exercises are very valuable for growing new neurons and axons. The brain needs a lot of oxygen and an alkaline diet to think, make new brain cells, increase function, and maintain the present cells. Exercise not only improves blood flow to the brain, but triggers numerous chemical and electromagnetic signals that promote excellent brain neuron, axon, and dendrite cognitive functions, learning, and memory. Exercise also protects the brain from cognitive decline and improves cognitive thinking. It helps repair brain cells plus helps in making new brain cells. A big plus here is that great nutrition and exercise also are known to counter the effects of mental decline and Alzheimer’s Disease.
Getting good sleep is great for the brain. It is very wise for children and adults to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Staying up late hours to cram for school tests has been negative for retaining long-term memory. Your cerebrospinal fluid also has to have time to clean the waste products from the brain and spinal cord.
Our brains can change and grow new cells at any age. This is a process where new cells create new patterns in your brain called “ neuroplasticity.” Neuroplasticity will help change your mindset, emotions, and social network to create good thoughts, good thinking patterns, concentration, and focus. This is especially important because researchers are finding that worry, depression, lack of willpower, and tiredness will RETARD THE NEW FORMATION of neurons, axons, and dendrites in the brain. It also is a part of mental decline and Alzheimer’s disease. It is even more damaging if you are eating a non-electromagnetic, cationic diet, lacking alkaline foods. High blood sugar, blood cholesterol, a diet of high omega-6 fats, refined foods, and processed foods will also create mental decline over a long period. Alzheimer’s disease is a chronic long-term disease.
Your diet over many years has a great influence on enhancing your thinking skills. Eating a diet that energizes the brain will prevent mental decline in most people. Short and long-term memory are all enhanced with a great raw, live fresh electromagnetic ionic diet. It has been proven that a great bioelectric diet and exercise have a tremendous effect on keeping both short and long-term memory.
Challenging your brain with mental exercises may seem ludicrous, but it has been proven that you can learn new information throughout life. You can even build a cognitive reserve, using mental exercises and body exercises. The more mental exercises, education, and knowledge that you do as you get older, the more short-term and long-term memory you will be able to retain. Doing crossword puzzles, playing cards, memorizing math in your brain, doing math, chemistry, music, and physics problems, researching, and reading a lot, are all good exercises that help retain memory and acuteness. There is a problem with many older people where they give up exercise and learning. This may be a detriment to their longevity.
Some tips on keeping a great thinking brain. It is essential to keep your brain healthy with great raw, live electromagnetic ionic foods. Dr. Ocean Robbins, A very good Alternative Preventive Physician, suggests that a person needs to eat mostly a raw, live electromagnetic diet. This includes 8 to 12 organic raw fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, sprouts, bulbs, leaves, legumes, squash, and melons every day, plus a cup or two of fruits My suggestion is to eat this food in homemade salads, fresh-cut, steamed or lightly cooked. You also should get 1 to 1 and ½ tablespoons of raw, cold polyunsaturated, or monounsaturated oils every day. These can be flaxseed oil, extra virgin olive oil, Udo’s Choice, raw northern seed oils, krill oil, fish oil, cod liver oil, and one saturated oil, coconut oil. Eat plenty of fermented foods, legumes, spices, (turmeric is great), wild rice, tea, coffee, eggs, and 3-4 cups of water daily.
