Loudon: Death by Candy, Sodas, Cookies, and Ice Cream

Sweets are a treat. Or are they a nemesis? I just read a publication that sugar not only contributes to obesity and diabetes; but also to many other diseases such as cardiovascular disease and possibly cancer. Sugar is been listed in some journals as a neurotoxin and/or carcinogen. In other words, many sugar eaters die from strokes, heart attacks, diabetes, many other cardiovascular diseases, and cancer.

Many people in the U.S., Canada, and England know that sugar is not good for health; but still keep eating a daily per capita sugar consumption of 22 teaspoons per day or each person eats 120 pounds of sugar per year. This statistic has been keeping steady for many years and does not seem to be lowering any.

Sugar not only leads to obesity, but it is estimated that over 35 percent of the people in the U.S., Canada, and England are overweight, have elevated blood sugar, excess Candida albicans yeast/fungus, and are candidates for Type II diabetes mellitus.

According to one study in the Journal of American Medical Association, 70 percent of children and adults consumed 10 percent or more calories each year from added sugar, and 10 percent of adults consumed 25 percent or more in the years 2018 to 2020. A study from 2009 to 2020, showed that people who consumed 17 to 21 percent of their daily calories from sugar were at a 38 percent greater risk of dying from heart disease than those who ate 8 percent or less of added sugar per day per year. Researchers were shocked to find that the risk of dying from cardiovascular death was “more than doubled,” when consumption of sugar was over 18 percent of a person’s daily calories.

Drinks like Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, and other sugar-sweetened drinks are flying off of the shelves in the U.S., Canada, and England. We must be taught what the effects of sugar are IN ALL FORMS, and understand that it is unhealthy. A high percentage of sugar is related to cardiovascular disease, prediabetes, diabetes, and mortality. Researchers are now saying that “preventing from eating sugar, sugar derivatives, and omega-6 oils bought on the grocery shelf WILL EXTEND a person’s life.”

Recently a study was done by a group of researchers who broke down the major sources of added sugar consumption in the United States. They found that 37 percent of the people were drinking sodas and sugar-consumed drinks. Grain-based desserts were 13 percent, fruit drinks, 9 percent, dairy products, ice cream, etc., 6 percent, and candy, 6 percent. This places soda and sweetened drinks at a very highly dangerous level.

Dr. Joanne Budwig was the first researcher with her microscope to find that sugar-containing foods and drinks, plus omega-6 fatty acids from the grocery shelf were the main catalysts in the formation of blood clots in cardiovascular diseases and cancer. She found that the greenish stain on the red blood cells seen under the microscope was from the lack of oxygen due to clotting or rouleau of the blood. The combination of these two foods produced the forming of homocysteine, a blood-clotting substance, in 70 to 80 percent of cancer patients. THIS IS HUGE. What this means is that eliminating these two nasty foods, drinks, and oils may also be a great preventive measure to prevent heart attacks, strokes, pre-diabetes, diabetes, and possibly cancer. My suggestion is for people to obtain polyunsaturated and monounsaturated oils, keep them in the refrigerator, and take about 1 to two tablespoons of these oils each day. Flaxseed oil, Udo’s choice, northern seed oils, krill oil, fish oil, and cod liver oil are all great unsaturated oils.

This habit also will be great for preventing arthritis and many other autoimmune diseases.

People do not pay very much attention to microscopes, but while the subject is blood clotting, there is one microscope that stands out above the rest as the best identifier of live red blood cells and clotting. It is the microscope with a side light illuminating three-dimensional DARK FIELD, (live blood cell) MICROSCOPE. Why more oncologists do not use them is a travesty. Dr. Joanne Budwig found that this is an essential tool for disclosing clotted (rouleau) blood. This is an important disclosure that needs to be addressed with every cancer patient. A microscope for live blood analysis is far better than other microscopes for detecting live blood problems and diseases. It will even show disfigured blood that is usually caused by parasite toxins in the blood. This is also a great disclosure as Dr. Hulda Clark, in her great books, “The Cure for all Advanced Cancers,” and “The Cure for all Diseases,” stated that parasites, parasite larvae, and parasite toxins may be a big factor in the start of cancers.

Dr. James Privitera, in his medical practice in Covina, California, uses the dark field microscope to check the live blood of high blood pressure patients. He stated that this procedure should be a routine procedure used to check for blood clots in all HBP patients. He also stated that anyone with high blood pressure, needs to increase their water intake and eliminate oxidants (cations) like sugar, refined, and processed foods.

When the body has dangerously high toxins from sugar, sugar derivatives, omega-6 oils, and white flour products, the chemical changes in the mitochondria of body cells can change to produce diseases and cancer. These diseases and cancer cells always have a decrease in millivoltage. Cancer shows a great reduction of millivoltage from normal healthy body cells which is around – 65 Mv., to a low of –7 to -10 Mv. There is now a great machine available that will raise the millivoltage of these cancer cells and return the millivoltage to a normal healthy cell voltage. But when the cancer is cured, the war is not over. The cured patient must adhere to a non-sugar, non-sugar derivative, non-omega-6 oil, and non-white flour diet. They also need to cut way down on refined and processed foods, preservatives, and sweetened drinks. Many alternative medicine physicians say that sugared foods need to be less than 5 percent of the daily diet. Live raw, fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, berries, leaves, bulbs, sprouts, leaves, seeds, legumes, squash, dates, and coconuts should be about 20 to 30 percent of the total daily diet. This sounds like a lot, but to maintain the 80/20 good bacteria/bad bacteria ratio in the small intestine, that is what is needed to maintain great health.

Grains are also a good food if they are whole grains and not made from white non-husk flour. 90 percent of all grain nutrients are in the husk of the grains. Whole rye has a very thick husk and provides 6 times more nutrients than oat whole grains, and 12 times more nutrients than whole wheat grains. White flour has no nutrients plus an excess of white flour in breakfast cereals and other white flour products will turn to glucose in the digestive tract. In other words, white flour products and sugar products produce the same results in the digestive tract when they are digested.

From what I have read, two things may help increase your life and longevity. They are exercise and a big reduction or elimination of all sugar, sugar products, and omega-6 oils on the grocery shelf. Experts say that great exercise 24/7/365 (as much as you can every day) may give you 12 to 15 more productive years added to your life. Elimination of the sugars may be just as great. If sugar consumption is less than 5 percent of your diet, it will be a great asset to your life and longevity.
