What is the Most Important Organ in Your Body?

Forget cutting back calories: The tapeworm diet was all the rage in the 1800s

You are probably going to say, your heart. That may very well be true, but many physicians and researchers say it is the bacteria colony in your small intestine. It is not an organ but controls body functions, health, digestion, energy, body cell health, organ health, the immune system, heart rhythm, brain functions, and in many cases, longevity. Many very important factors are needed to keep your small intestinal colony healthy and well. It all depends on YOUR DIET. What kind of diet do you eat?

Did you know that a certain gut bacteria ratio is needed for you to stay healthy, well, and create maximum energy? There has to be a certain mix of good bacteria (80 percent) and bad bacteria (20 percent) to balance the colony’s health.

The 80 percent good bacteria) and 20 percent (bad bacteria) ratio is dependent on a diet of electromagnetic foods versus non-electromagnetic food that you eat.

What are the electromagnetic foods that you eat? They are foods that maintain electromagnetic pulses located in your body cells. They are raw, or lightly cooked fresh vegetables, fruits, leaves, bulbs, nuts, raw nut and vegetable oils and derivatives, plants, sprouts, berries, squash, and seeds. The electromagnetic forces and nutrients from minerals in the soil and these raw fresh foods keep your body cells, organs, gut bacteria, immune system, heart, and even your brain functioning. These produce energy, acid/alkaline (electromagnetic forces) that create life itself and are in all plants, animals, and humans.

Most food people eat is non-electromagnetic after it has been processed and refined. Some non-electromagnetic food is needed to maintain electromagnetic energy balance in body cells. Ideal health and energy are maintained with an 80 (good bacteria) to 20 (bad bacteria) ratio in the small intestine. The bad bacteria are needed to maintain an ION/CATION (molecular) ideal energy ratio, also needed for body health.

An ion/cation balance is needed for life to function. Ions are atoms that the electrons in the molecules move in a clockwise direction, while the cation electrons in the molecules move in a counterclockwise motion. Cations and ions are both vitally needed in living organisms to produce the energy needed by body cells. It is important that enough non-electromagnetic (ionic) food is present in the small intestine to keep this ion/cation balance. However, almost all people get about 80 percent non-electromagnetic (cationic) food in their diet, many times more than the electromagnetic food needed for good health. With a good electromagnetic (ionic) nutrition diet, the good bacteria will overwhelm and destroy the excess of the 20 percent bad bacteria needed. It is important to know the nutrition value, electromagnetic value, and ion/cation values in appraising food nutrition.

With a shortage of electromagnetic, anionic foods, the 80/20 ratio can change for the worse. When the 80 (good bacteria) / 20 (bad bacteria) swings to the bad bacteria side, or like 75/25, the disease process will follow.

The electric impulses can be monitored with hydrion litmus paper and by Hertz measuring instruments. The litmus paper measures the pH or acid/alkaline content. The ideal pH measurements are for urine and saliva, 6.2 to 6.8 (ideal is 6.4). For body cells and blood, the ideal pH is 7.4.

Dr. Carey Reams unraveled the information necessary to address the chemistry of electrochemical and electromagnetic processes that are present in the human body. He set up a program to address the dysfunctions that occurs with a poor diet of non-electromagnetic foods. Dr. Reams discovered that all biological cells, whether plant, animal, or human, function on their own basic unique electrochemical, ionic, and electromagnetic frequency. He found that when the ionic mineral energy, moving into or out of biological body cells, organs, and brain are not in the proper frequency and conformity, that the cells cannot maintain their ideal molecular, ionic, electrochemical, and electromagnetic structural integrity. This is the cause of cancer and many other diseases in the human body. Last month, I discussed an article by Profesor Andrew Hague in England, in which he explained this process. Therefore the health and physical wellbeing of that animal, plant, or human will degenerate accordingly. He devised the Reams Theory of Biological Ionization (RBTI) as a comprehensive test using saliva and urine measurements to find cell discrepancies and dysfunctions. He used this RBTI test as the missing link to set up a diet program to reverse these dysfunctions. His discoveries have enabled me to set up a nutrition value program (the 80/20 Loudon Nutritional Value system) that measures the nutrition values, electromagnetic (pH) values, and ionic/cationic values. These measurements are a great advantage in assessing food, and enable a person to evaluate all foods that they buy and consume. Basing this assessment of the 80/20 gut (biome) ratio in the small intestine, a person can determine which foods are good for gut health, and which foods are bad. That is why in my new book, “Preventing Cancer,” All 54 foods are rated with these values.

Your diet is the key to your health and well being. The 80/20 bacteria ratio in the gut is the key to this great nutritional rating system. When I put together the 80/20 nutritional rating system, I found that there are 4 very important factors to rate foods. These values were One: Overall nutritional rating, from 10 down to 0. Two: Electromagnetic/non-electromagnetic, or pH readings for acid/alkaline values of foods. Three: The ionic/cationic energy value of foods. Four: A page of overall food values or non values explaining the particular food being discussed. With this value system, a person will be able to buy foods that rate from 10 down to 0 that will help in obtaining their 80/20 bacteria ratio. Over time, these are the most important measurements of a person’s health and well being.

After two years of service in the Air Force, he started a private practice in East Wenatchee, Washington. For the past 45 years his practice has included Orthodontics and TM Dysfunction treatment specializing in temporomandibular pain treatment, headache, head and neck pain control, functional jaw orthopedics, and straight wire orthodontics. Associated with mercury elimination, oral surgery, crowns and bridges is TMJ treatment, diet control, parasite elimination, intestinal cleansing and healing (wellness).

Merle E. Loudon, B.S., D.D.S. has taught advanced courses for dentists on TM Dysfunction treatment, orthodontics and related pain control for more than 30 years. In 1972 he was the first dentist in Washington to use straight wire orthodontics and the first dentist to correct vertical deficiencies in children by placing vertical dimension-primary molar buildups and/or vertical (erupting) appliances. Merle E. Loudon, B.S., D.D.S. was involved with the first group of dentists to recognize lateral tongue splinting in young infants and integrate functional and fixed techniques to correct vertical dimension deficiencies and condylar placement. He is the originator of vertical dimension-primary molar build ups, which help to correct deep bites and Otitus media in children. He invented the Loudon-Chateau Anterior Repositioning Appliance, the functional muscle malocclusion concept, the twelve commandments of occlusion and the vertical overbite domino rule. Merle E. Loudon, B.S., D.D.S. has written numerous articles in several American and foreign dental journals and has lectured in over 50 cities and 7 foreign countries on functional jaw orthopedics, fixed wire orthodontics, Otitus media treatment and TM Dysfunction treatment. He has been instrumental in setting up criteria for teaching in the International Association For Orthodontics, including the certified instructor program.
