Is Your Intestinal Bacteria Ratio 80 – 20?

Every so often I get some great educational information from Professor Andrew Hague, the president of the CellSonic Corporation, and manufacturer of the VIPP therapy machine. The CellSonic “Very High-Pressure Pulse” machine erases a multitude of diseases, including prostate and other cancers.

Recently, Professor Hague sent me a very interesting article he wrote entitled “ Inherent Brain Problems.” It contained a volume of information on the brain including mention of the Hertz Schuman resonance electrical force, radiating to earth from the atmosphere in electrical storms. These Hertz forces can also be related to the food vibrations waves from light energy which can be measured in live plants and animals. Hertz vibration waves, created from light waves can test plant foods with an electrical unit measurement called herzt (Hz). Raw soil grown foods usually have a hertz rating of 27 to 30 Hz, while refined, processed foods, GMO foods, and sugar-containing foods register a zero hertz. We can connect the electromagnetic properties of ionic foods to their vibrations because both the ionic properties of foods and hertz vibrations have to do with electromagnetic energy, which is in some foods and body cells.

There is a second way that ionic electromagnetic foods can be measured. That is by using the acid/base balance or acid/neutral/alkaline pH measurement. This measurement is a good way to measure electromagnetic food and body properties by using hydrion litmus paper. It also is an easy way to measure urine and saliva pH. The saliva and urine pH measurement range from 5.5 (acid) to 8.0 (alkaline). Urine and saliva pH is very important because it relates to what you eat and the 80 – 20 ratio of the intestinal bacteria. The 80 – 20 ratio of intestinal bacteria is critically related to your energy, vitality, immunity, health, and longevity. To maintain great health, the urine and saliva pH should stay around neutral, or 6.4, while the blood and body cells should be maintained at 7.2 to 7.4. When the saliva and urine pH deviates to the acid side (below 6.2) your body is asking for disease to ensue. It can also be a worry for disease if the pH migrates to the alkaline side, although not as worrisome as to the acid side.

Some researchers and health professionals use hertz measurements to determine the electromagnetic value of foods, while others use the pH measurement. There is a very informational book about hertz measurements called “VIBE,” written by Robin Openshaw, which can be obtained on Amazon.

Human cells function because of the electromagnetic energy received from live plant foods, minerals, vitamins, enzymes, amino acids, and other nutrients. Most of these are obtained from the soil, in plants, the roots, supplements, and the atmosphere.

The foregoing information is needed to understand the 80 – 20 relationship of good bacteria to bad bad bacteria in your small intestine. Why is that ratio so important? Because it determines the energy, vitality, immunity, health, and longevity of our bodies. The answer lies in the electromagnetic food that a person eats and keeping the 80 -20 bacteria ratio in the small intestine.

Keeping a good ratio of good bacteria is very difficult. The most important factor is the diet, and the foods needed to maintain a neutral pH of the urine, saliva, blood, and body cells. Most people fall far short in their diet. As a result, disease creeps into the picture, with autoimmune and other diseases invading the body.

What are the electromagnetic foods necessary to maintain this bacteria ratio, and what foods need to be eliminated? I will mention as many as possible in the following list. Remember, a 4 to 1 bacteria (biome) ratio is very hard to maintain. The grocery stores and fast food places are trying very hard to destroy your health. Your job is to be smarter than them and stay out of fast food, refined food, snack, and processed food sections of the grocery store. These are many of the foods that are needed for a great biome ratio.

1. Raw fresh vegetables of all kinds (salads are great).

2. Raw, fresh fruits and melons.

3. Raw live plant seeds such as flaxseeds, chia, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, apricot sees, etc.

4. Fermented foods, such as kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut, tempah, miso, and others.

5. Fresh Bulbs, onions, garlic, mushrooms, sprouts, squash, plant roots (cooked lightly) such as beets, parsnips, carrots, yams, sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc.

6. Legumes, most legumes are great.

7. Supplements and minerals, including calcium, magnesium, Vitamin C, D3, CoQ10, zinc, selenium, L-arginine, L-theanine, turmeric, ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, resveratrol, and others.

8. Raw, cold polyunsaturated, and monounsaturated oils such as flaxseed, Udo’s choice, cod liver oil, fish oil, krill oil, northern seed oils, borage oil, etc. Rx. 1 to1 and 1/2 tablespoons daily.

9. Cottage cheese, white cheeses, yogurt, Quark, kifer, and others.

10. Exercise, 20 to 45 minutes daily.

11. Buy organic.

What are the bad non-electromagnetic foods that raise the bad bacteria in the small intestine? I will mention as many as possible in the following list. These are disease-producing foods that change the 80 -20 ratio to 70 -30 or even lower, causing disease. 1. Sugar and sugar products. these are probably the worst disease-producing foods. 2. Carbohydrates, including bread, pasta, pizzas, and other flour products. Eat Sparingly. 3. Omega 6 oils bought on the grocery shelf. These are boiled and are dead oils. 4. Deep-fried foods, especially in restaurants, and bakeries. They use saturated oils used over and over, while many are GMO oils. 5. Excess alcohol. A little wine may have polyphenols, and not be much harm. Grapes have more polyphenols. 6. Eliminate parasites in your body once a year. 7. Avoid most frozen and quick grocery store meals. They have preservatives, many have excess salt and oils. 8. Avoid fried foods, bacon, red meats, sugar-sweetened drinks, diet drinks, energy drinks, diet sodas, and artificially sweetened drinks. 9. Reduce all refined and processed foods, saturated fats except butter, coconut oil, and palm oil for cooking. 10. Reduce all processed meats, saturated fats, margarine, Crisco, etc.

Keeping an 80 – 20 intestinal bacteria ratio and neutral pH (acid/base) balance is very hard. However, it is very critical for your health. These guidelines will help you stay on a path to more energy, vitality, immunity, health, and longevity.

Stay well, my friends.

After two years of service in the Air Force, he started a private practice in East Wenatchee, Washington. For the past 45 years his practice has included Orthodontics and TM Dysfunction treatment specializing in temporomandibular pain treatment, headache, head and neck pain control, functional jaw orthopedics, and straight wire orthodontics. Associated with mercury elimination, oral surgery, crowns and bridges is TMJ treatment, diet control, parasite elimination, intestinal cleansing and healing (wellness).

In 1972 he was the first dentist in Washington to use straight wire orthodontics and the first dentist to correct vertical deficiencies in children by placing vertical dimension-primary molar buildups and/or vertical (erupting) appliances. Merle E. Loudon, B.S., D.D.S. was involved with the first group of dentists to recognize lateral tongue splinting in young infants and integrate functional and fixed techniques to correct vertical dimension deficiencies and condylar placement.
