During the time during William D. Kelley’s years of higher education, which led to his degree in Dentistry, and during his early years of practice, the groundwork was being laid for the great expansion of Cancer. What you are about to read will astound you.

Categorically – the choice became, ‘A Shot in the Dark,’ ‘Death by Medicine‘ and ‘In the Money.’ Either way – the people have lost, and millions have died unnecessarily so. Whatever the choice – you will be shocked at the names of the players. ~ Ed.

When it comes to the invention of industry, which of course means creating something out of nothing and making sure it’s a constant, addiction is the prime factor. When it came to the physical body, which is a near perfect system, they realised that to make an industry out of that they first had to break it and then create the industry around eternally mending the damage. Welcome to the new age techno – trinity that is Military Airborne Biological, Psychological – Wundt and the one we shall explore in this report, the realm of the almighty Pharmaceuticals, as they have moved together to undermine the culture of nations in a full on all out and ruthless attack.

The following chronology of events in relation to the mass launch of a biological weapon upon the western masses, via the Polio vaccine containing live viruses, was such a major event they had to have a script to take the attention off the mad scientists. They had to launch a psychological attack also, the script of which would help spread the incursion as a secondary kickback.

The 1950s counterculture would be the other side of this agenda leading to the launch of psychedelic mushroom and LSD is the twin operation to the biological attack upon the white Europeans in all continents.

It is fair to say the only way in which the following genocide could happen and expand without future pressure, was to first make the information Classified in 1959, and because of the diversion created with the psychedelic counterculture and the launch of rock n roll. This also expanded the spread of the viruses with the introduction and encouragement of free love.

Polio Vaccine Chronology
The The American Medical Association (AMA) published a paper in its own Virtual Mentor February 21, 2012, that said it was concerned that current enrolment in vaccine trials was extremely low. (Source)

The proposed solution
Create a federal law that would force each individual to make a ‘mandated choice’ to participate in vaccine trials. Clearly the beneficiaries of such a law would be the privately owned giant pharmaceutical corporations. This rule is therefore only for the Legal Title.

The paper went on:

“The lack of animal models that can reliably predict vaccine efficacy means that development still unavoidably relies on testing of novel vaccines in healthy individuals…

In recent decades there has been a distressing decline in the numbers of healthy volunteers who participate in clinical trials, a decline that has the potential to become a key rate-limiting factor in vaccine development..

The modest financial remuneration commonly provided often means that students and the unemployed make up the bulk of volunteers.”

History
The Case for the Viral Theory of Cancer. A Review of Research & Literature from 1901-1955 included:

1901 – Parasitic Theories of Cancer (Pasteur Institute)
1911 – They Found Transmission of Malignancy thru Cell-free Filtrate
1930 – Studied the Metabolism of Tumours
1940 – Found that Breast Cancer in Mice was Influenced by Nursing
1944 – Electronic Microscopy Study of Chicken Tumour Cells
1948 – Microscope Findings in Malignant Tissue
1949 – They Found Virus like bodies in Human Breast Cancer
1949 – They could Induce Breast Cancer in Mice
1950 – Virus as Cause of Human & Animal Malignancy
1951 – They believed Virus as the cause of Cancers and Malignancies
1953 – They asked is Leukaemia caused by a Transmissible Virus?
1955 – Pathogenesis of Cancer

From 1999-2001 60 Minutes, the investigative team, spent more time and money investigating a story than they had on any other story in their 20 year history. The findings and thus the program was never aired, it was cut by Dan Rather. They realised they could not speak of the topic at all.

In 1942 Antibiotics were released and an epidemic of Polio occurred by 1943. They realised that hitting viruses with antibiotics had a serious reaction.

Here is where we begin to see the workings of the unclean, they determined they had to either restrict antibiotics or develop a vaccine.

Involved in the Polio vaccine was:

Dr. Jonas Salk – developed the first injectable Polio vaccine

Bernice Eddy, M.D. – the safety tester for the vaccine

Sarah Stewart, M.D. – discovered a cancer causing virus with Bernice Eddy

Dr. Albert Sabin – developed the oral Polio vaccine. (Interconnects with Rockefeller University and Hilary Koprowski)

Back to 1955 and we find Dr. Jonas Salk’s injected Polio vaccine is launched onto the world with the claim that having inactivated the injected dose of Polio virus with formaldehyde, they will inject this chemical concoction into all the children.

His dark achievements were first published in a Time Life article of March 29, 1954.

Time Life magazine is the mouthpiece for banking intelligence and was also used for the launch of the counterculture backdrop of psychedelic mushrooms and LSD.

With that in mind it is important you grasp the fact that the vaccine agenda comes directly out of the military industrial complex, it is a weapon.

What ensued was the same kind of agenda as played in 2009 over the bird flu dementia terrifying the populations that they must act and get vaccinated.

At this point in the story we can see that the vaccine agenda as a whole is the result of the forcing of antibiotics onto the populations, having clearly determined not to halt the lethal antibiotic agenda, even though it had serious reactions for the human body, no, they decided to work around the first issue by producing more chemical toxins to inject into the human to counteract the initial invasion of the human biological system. That is evil personified.

Not forgetting they were also aware of the dangers of injecting viruses into humans which they new was the cause of cancers, tumours and leukemias, again is a clear indication we are not dealing with balanced caring empathetic human beings, we are dealing with paid up puppets of the pharmaceutical corporations, minds that never actually think about the results of their actions, they just keep on going in order their masters make billions in an industry that is self perpetuating in that it procures more and more customers as more and more viruses are injected into humanity. This is the real core of the race war, it is the moneylenders V the entire world. Their doctrine is the Talmud.

Bernice Eddy, M.D. was a bacteriologist at the National Institute of Health and in charge of the safety testing, at the eleventh hour, she tried to delay the release of the Polio vaccine having discovered faulty batches of the vaccine. She found that the virus in the vaccine was not dead but alive and able to breed. Testing it on her monkeys paralysed them in their cages. She sent pictures to the NIH.

At this point, 1955, prominent doctors entered the fray throwing their weight behind the safety and necessity of the vaccine. One such doctor was Dr. Alton Ochsner who happened to be a stockholder in Cutter laboratories which was one of several producing the Polio vaccine, he was also the former President of the Cancer Society. So convinced was he in its safety that he publicly inoculated his two grandchildren in front of the entire medical department of Tulane Medical School.

Oschner’s grandson died of Polio within 48 hours, his granddaughter was crippled by the virus.

Even with all this insanity taking place the mass inoculation of the populations began on schedule, within days children were sick with Polio, many crippled and many died. Lawsuits erupted and resignations began, Dr. William Sebrell director at the NIH was notified, he chose to ignore Eddy’s findings and proceeded to license the Cutter vaccine along with the others, he resigned as did the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, Oveta Hobby. Interesting that the response for such a calamity was not the cessation of the vaccine program but a few resignations. What were the 99% thinking?

They have claimed to have eradicated Polio but when you look at such dilapidating conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, HIV, Leukemias etc, it looks more like they changed the name of Polio to a plethora of other names. The eradication of which they are apt to celebrate was just a removal of the use of the term Polio.

President Richard Nixon was the man charged with cleaning up the fiasco, and rebuilding the reputation of the national Institute of Health.

In 1956 Bernice Eddy, the lady who tried to delay the vaccine program, was removed from Polio and moved to Influenza. She met Sarah Stewart M.D. Stewart proved that certain cancers were indeed caused by viruses, she also discovered DNA recombination. In 1957 both Eddy and Stewart discovered the virus called Polyoma, a virus they also discovered caused multiple cancer tumours in a verity of mammals.

Thus a cancer causing virus was so named a Polyoma.

In 1959 Stewart took suspensions of the cellular cultures and injected them into hamsters. Cancers then grew in the hamsters. Vaccine manufacturers grew the Polio viruses on the kidneys of monkeys, when they removed the Polio virus they also removed an unknown number of other unrelated monkey viruses. The more they looked to count the extra viruses the more they found, medical science at this stage knew very little about the behaviour or indeed of the consequences of the additional monkey viruses. But still they moved on.

This was an absolute watershed event in the research of cancer, so much so that the entire focus of cancer research moved solely to the realm of the virus.

1959 – Confronted with the overwhelming evidence, Bernice Eddy concluded thus:

“The medical profession has just inoculated an entire generation with cancer causing monkey viruses, the consequence of which she predicted, a future epidemic of cancers.”

You would think that at this point they would stop with the entire vaccine and antibiotic agenda as not conducive to the public health? But by the 1950s it was not nation states and their respective domestic systems in the commanding seat, it was the private corporate mammoths born of the East India Companies and the two world wars.

So what do you think happened?

The entire raft of information became ‘CLASSIFIED INFORMATION” in 1959.

It was at this point that the research identified a particular type of Asian monkey that was the natural host for the cancer causing Polyoma virus, they renamed Polyoma virus as SV-40. What they still fail to explain is the fact the ’40’ stands to hide the 39 other viruses they found before this one.

1960 – Vaccine producer Maurice Hilleman had working for him Laurella McClelland, who found similar problems with the Polio vaccine as those found by Bernice Eddy.

Maurice Hilleman is important in that along with Dr. Benjamin Sweet, they were the Merck scientists who named the Polymar virus SV-40. They published their findings:

The discovery of this new virus, the vacuolating agent, represents the detection for the first time of a hitherto non-detectable simian virus of monkey renal cultures and raises the important question of other such viruses. As shown in this report, all 3 types of sabine live poliovirus vaccine, now fed to millions of persons of all ages, were contaminated with SV-40. (Polymar cancer causing virus)

October 1960 – one month after the Kennedy – Nixon presidential debate, Bernice Eddy gave a talk to the New York Cancer Society and, without warning the NIH in advance, to do so would have stopped the talk, she announced that she had examined monkey kidney cells in which the Polio virus had grown, and found they were infected with cancer causing viruses, SV-40.

The NIH allowed no mention of cancer causing viruses found in the Polio vaccines, as such Bernice Eddy was demolished professionally. They removed her lab, destroyed her animals, put her under a gag order, and delayed the publication of her scientific papers.

1961 – Federal regulations went into effect in the United States with similar regulations instituted in other parts of the globe. No Polio vaccinations could contain SV-40. The regulations did not include:

1. That the SV-40 contaminated seeds used to make every batch of vaccine be destroyed

2. That recently manufactured vaccines contaminated with SV-40 be destroyed

Suffice to say the frankensteins continued to infect children and adults until they finally ran out in 1963. That tells you it was always the intention of the banking families to infect the white Europeans in the West. They went on:

1962 – They introduced Sabin Oral Polio vaccine as a sugar lump. This vaccine was attenuated, which means it contained a live but weakened form of the Polio vaccine. They used the same culture medium which was the monkey kidneys, so no change in construction, just the method of intake.

From 1955 to 1963 almost every dose of Polio vaccine, either injected or in the form of the sugar cube, produced anywhere in the world, was forced on 200 million American’s. Similar figures as a percentage were dished out across Europe and Britain, basically all nations in which the psychedelic drug counter culture script was launched, so to cancer causing viruses, and, from the same secret societies controlling nations on behalf of the banking dynasties.

Albert Sabin the twisted soul, attributed with the development of the Polio vaccine had this to say:

“I think to release certain information is not a public service. There’s too much scaring the public unnecessarily. Oh, your children were injected with cancer virus and all that. That’s not very good.”

Yes, such would not be good for business nor the reputation of the pharmaceutical corporations, it would have destroyed future medical attacks upon races, and the medical profession as a whole would have worked to destroy the viruses. Instead they allowed the frankensteins to create more toxins which expanded the infection of the populations. Real agenda….. CLASSIFIED.

To rubber stamp the validity of the above events we find the following testimony 1997 :

“In the 1950s, SV-40 was one of “several dozen” viruses that contaminated the original Salk and Sabin Polio vaccines administered to children in the US and Europe.” (Front Cover of the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, 1997.)

Further testimony:

“SV-40 infection is now widespread within the human population almost certainly as a result of the Polio vaccine.” John Martin, former FDA virologist.

March 11, 2002, USA Today – Traces of monkey virus (SV-40) contaminated Polio vaccines given to millions of Americans between 1955 and 1963 have been found in 43% of tumours from patients with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. – The Lancet

The same was found to be linked with brain, bone and lung cancer.

The research was carried out at the university of Texas Southwestern Medical Centre in Dallas.

Almost identical results were achieved in a separate study at the `Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

1994 Jama article published in the USA Today said:

“Baby Boomers are much more likely to get cancer than their grandparents were at the same age.”

Men born between 1948 and 1957 have 3x as much cancer not related to smoking, from better diagnosis or from an ageing population….Why? ~ USA Today

The Rise of Soft Tissue Cancers
Six soft tissue cancers exploded from the Polio attack, they were:

* Lung

* Breast

* Prostate

* Lymphoma

* Brain

* Melanoma

Within a sixteen year period saw a rise in the following:

* Skin cancer expanded by 70%

* Lymphoma cancer expanded by 60%

* Prostate cancer expanded by 60%

* Breast cancer expanded by 34%

Breast cancer saw a huge rise in around 1985 showing an average 30 year gestation period for the Polio virus to take hold in the soft tissue found in the breast. In 1955 ten year old girls would have been administered the vaccine, in 1985 they would be 40 years old.

Lung cancer began to rise as smoking became unpopular, thus smoking is not the primary cause of any form of cancer.

As if the idea that vaccinating a generation with cancer causing virus SV-40 is not quite enough, researchers have found that SV-40 is present in 45% of seminal fluids and in 23% of blood samples from healthy donors.

This suggests that SV-40 is being passed on from mother to child during pregnancy, and that the same may be being passed on through sexual intercourse. This would explain how those not in receipt of the contaminated vaccine appear to have the virus. There is of course another potential here and that would be in the fact they have used vaccines since their development to injure, disable and murder the recipients.

Let us not forget that all the above information was made CLASSIFIED in 1959. Not until 1999 would this information become available to the populations.

In the shadows to the above information we find a very interesting and dark character indeed. Searching for this man’s roots leads to much misdirection, they would like you to stop at a Lancashire rooted native, nothing could be further from the truth. ~ Sir Paul Fides

Addendum
Governments cannot govern themselves, they cannot govern anything correctly. This has been so for at least 200 years.

Why is it then that the majority of parents trust the government when it comes to how you must raise your children?

Why is it the majority of parents trust the government when it comes to the medical requirements for your offspring?

There is a serious contradiction in the thought processes of the majority, or as is today hip, the 99%

Is it the case that the 1% having all the wealth and power today, because they are actually awake in reality unlike you?

Is the battle line then, your choice to remain ignorant of the facts, because you are weak and afraid, or to remember you are adult and that your prime natural mandate from on high is to protect your children, to give them the greatest start in life that you can muster?

The power in this world is you.
