Diet info – What people consider too tough a sacrifice – isn’t

I am writing this just in case some of your readers and others you may know that are considering changing diets but are rather afraid to do so, or whatever prevents it. Maybe it will help a few to make the change.

My two favorite sandwiches used to be bologna, a slice or two of other processed luncheon meats (especially the very slimy, greasy salami), processed cheese, white bread (later so-called wheat bread), pickles, onions, peanut butter, mustard and lettuce, while the other was a super thick hamburger cooked until the fat coming out was clear, with processed cheese, bread as described above, pickles, onion, lettuce and mustard (sometimes also with ketchup). Both were eaten with chips or french fries or tator tots. It was as if I lived for those two.

But after nearly dying a few years back from 230 beats a minute, being hospitalized, put on some drug, and then blacking out many times during the time from then up until last year, which I essentially missed due to extremely low blood pressure and erratic heart beat, and then nearly dying, collapsed on the Orschlein’s farm and home parking lot in August 2011, I decided it was time to completely change my diet.

I had put in several hundred hours studying natural cures and the destructive nature of pharmaceuticals and the actual lack of knowledge of doctors that prescribe them, and knew from my degrees in Biology, my research back then in it, and in 63 hours of Experimental Psychology (concentration on animal learning), along with teaching PMA and sales for several years, that anything the mind can conceive of, it can achieve.

Eventually, the studies led to the natural cures for cancer (some 200), Diabetes, heart issues, circulatory problems, digestive problems, and so on, I realized how false the pharmaceuticals are, and how grand the plant products our Creator gave us are. Now, I will not even take an aspirin.

I was already eating a few raw vegetables, which I grew to love the taste of without dressing, but I thought what the hell would I eat that would satisfy me – how could I quit eating all the fat filled stuff, processed stuff, cut out sugar, creamer (still working on this), decreasing my coffee intake (working on decreasing even more), and walking by all the stuff on grocery shelves I used to love.

Just as an added thought to the story, I also suffered severe abdominal pain, so severe that it often doubled me over or nearly prevented me from standing straight up for a few moments after sitting, kneeling, and so on. Doctors would call this incurable Crohn’s Disease, I suspect, and it went on for well over two decades.

There were other small issues but all led to the fact that I did not accomplish anything much at all last year. I was afraid I would not wake in the morning or that the low pressure and near passing out would start up getting out of bed (which it usually did), or that getting up to get a drink of water or coffee would be too much, that I might not survive it. I did not know if I would live through the day, and worried anytime I had to do even the slightest exertion – such as picking Mom up before we had to place her in a nursing home. Really a sad case.

But this year, I have already done huge amounts of weed eating, lots of other types of relative hard physical work, re-did two trucks and am now ready to start another project I had planned for last year. IF I had tried doing it last year, it would have taken me at least a week but this year – it will take no more than maybe two or three hours over a three day period (waiting for paints to dry sufficiently).

So, I expect to be on another project – painting a truck for Larry – within the next week or so, depending on when it gets it ready. In the meantime, I will work on restoring an older motorcycle of mine, another project I have had planned for a year and a half. If I get it finished by Winter, then I will start on another old motorcycle I took apart and started on six years ago, which was held up by circumstances with my mom, and then, of course, my extremely bad situation last all of last year.

Some will ask, what happened. All that happened was I changed to a primarily raw vegetable diet, and now drinking a quart of mixed fruit sort of smoothies daily. I do not miss eating a bunch of meat nor any processed foods. If I see anything on a product that indicates any artificial chemicals put in it, such as “natural flavors” (why add natural flavor for example to dried fruits, nuts, whatever), as it usually mean the quite unhealthy MSG (one of the causes of the obesity we are seeing and likely carcinogenic), and even the very neurotoxic artificial sweeteners. Everything artificially created as a chemical additive to food is a toxin to the body, no matter what it is. Most are carcinogenic and none are needed nor wanted by the human body.

The result is I lost 67 pounds and now weigh only five pounds more than when I graduated and went in the military. I can work all day long out in the horrendous heat we have had so far this summer (which requires drinking a lot of my filtered water to avoid dehydration, one of the enemies of a good immune system). I no longer gasp for air after drinking a half glass of water non-stop, as I used to. In fact, I could not drink but a couple of swallows at a time.

I eat very little sweets, and the occasional ones I do eat, I buy from my Amish egg supplier (yeah, I know about eggs so I eat free range chicken eggs). Lacking MSG and artificial sweeteners, I do not develop any graving for them and treat them sort of as a reward (or maybe punishment in the eyes of some) for sticking to it. And, I do once in a great while tenderize the most fat-free cut of beef possible, and fry it in water, raw garlic, a bit of fermented soy sauce, lots and lots of onions and green peppers, and chopped tomatoes. Then I eat maybe three ounces at my evening meal in my super salad.

Another result is my stigmatism (actually a light refraction problem, not a hardening of the lens) of my eyes is leaving. This is aided by pinhole glasses that I wear often, especially since they clear up immediately a very little bit of cloudiness that shows up in my left eye once in a while. If fact, I am sitting back about three feet from the screen when it used to be my face had to be about equal to the base of the laptop I am using.

Do I miss all the garbage??? Not a whit. Since I know my brothers see the results but keep eating the same old crap that caused my problems and their problems, including one brother that had cancer in is throat several years ago and more recently cancerous growths in his lungs, and with all taking blood pressure pills and me doing most of or all of the hardest work when camping or around the house. That is simply astounding to me but I gave up and just keep on keeping on trying to show by example.

The other plus is that the 78 Triumph Tiger motorcycle I restored would have me collapsing if I had to kick it three times, and sometimes on the first kick. During those times, I would also have a near black out spell from lack of blood pressure and arrhythmia for up to an hour. When I did recover and get it started, I rode in fear, always looking for places to get off the road should an attack happen while riding. I did not want to harm anyone else so this was to avoid crashing into someone.

Now, I can kick it a dozen times or more, if necessary, after it has set awhile. No gasping or attacks or fainting. And, I am not worried about taking off for a long ride, except, of course, that in 60 plus miles my poor old bottom end hurts, and my right hand and arm would be asleep from the vibration. So, to avoid the longer rides on it, I bought a cruiser bike a little over two year ago. Last year even on it with electric start and all, I almost did not make it back home more times than I care to remember. If it weren’t for the price of gas (which should be less than a dollar a gallon), I would worry about taking a ride over the entire country to the many places I have been that have really scenic rides.

The reason I am writing this, as I intimated, is that people need to know they do not have to keep eating the same crap that has made the medical and pharmaceutical 1.7 trillion dollars in the last ten years or so. Then, there is Diabetes which is easily cured and prevented, that is costing people billions, while the medical and pharma industries laugh all the way to the bank. The mark-up on drugs is horrendous, with one of their poisons having a 569,000 percent mark-up, with just one pill costing 14,000 FRNs. That is, and should be considered a crime, as it cost just pennies to produce. What a scam on the American people, a scam based on fraud and fear.

All one has to do to recognize the fraud of pharma and it control of the FDA is to listen to those commercials that run on TV, with attorneys (also, a fraud, of course, acting in our courts as if gods, while their power is also based on fraud and the destruction of law) pushing people to sue because of different drugs’ effects (treating the symptom is in my opinion the side effect, while the damages done to the human body are the actual effects).

Now, I figure that if I do die from some condition, it will be because my Creator has decided it is time, so I will take no drug, relying only on natural means to for my body to cure itself, the only way a “cure” happens.

The means to curing is without a doubt in my mind, natural, not synthetic. Just as a point, all pharma does is try to duplicate Nature and are pushing to make any natural means illegal because they cannot patent natural substances. Congress is criminal for allowing it to happen, and those approving the actions of the medical profession (their pill pushing ways and so-called “treatments” that kill rather than cure) and the criminal control by pharma over an alleged government agency.

But, then, where is Congress or any government entity given the authority to regulate our bodies and natural curing “medicines” that are free to all from Nature, including Indica Hemp (contains THC and other quality chemicals) that cures dozens upon dozens of conditions, including cancer (regardless of the organ affected, while pharma and doctors cure not even one???

These are our bodies, our land, and the stinking federal government has not a bit of authority over either, or anything else we. Thus, the reason it hires thugs to act as enforcers. It is treason and uses domestic terrorism to force compliance, while what they should be doing is putting pharma and the FDA out of business.

Anyway, the change in diet for me was not a sacrifice but a gift to better living that I wished I had started 40 years ago at age 26.

I do not miss eating any of the garbage I used to eat, and absolutely never have any graving which quite often is related to MSG that one might consider an addiction of sorts, or the neurotoxin sweeteners. At any rate, such are gone from me.

He believes that every American has the duty to stand against any government or chartered quasi-government that violates the rights of the people, and that no man, or group of men, especially foreign lobbyists and dual citizen people, have the authority and/or the right to interfere in our land and tell us what we might think, say, write, and do. Fear to do so will ultimately destroy America.
