Until recently, enzymes were believed to be digestive enzymes limited to the mouth, stomach, and pancreas. Studies by enzyme researchers have found digestive enzymes produce only a small part of the digestion process.
The importance of digestive tract enzymes is only a small portion of enzyme duties in humans. This is not fully understood by most doctors, naturopaths, nutritionists, teachers, and people. If it were more understood, many more articles and publications would explain that there are three types of enzymes that are essential for the wellness of people. They are DIGESTIVE ENZYMES, METABOLIC enzymes, and PROTEOLYTIC enzymes. Doctors, naturopaths, nutritionists, teachers, and most people receive very little information about metabolic and proteolytic enzymes.
While the body and pancreas produce eight or nine digestive enzymes, thousands of metabolic enzymes create dozens of METABOLIC REACTIONS in the human body. These METABOLIC enzymes are very active in helping to digest foods that digestive enzymes do not completely digest. The very important reason is that raw, fresh foods themselves contain enzymes that will help digest raw, fresh foods. A VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE is that these raw, fresh foods also produce bio-electric electromagnetic energy and are very essential in keeping the immune system, body cells, organs, intestinal bacteria, and brain, healthy. This is why and how you need to keep an 80 (good bacteria) / 20 (bad bacteria) balance in your intestinal colony (biome).
In a great paper written by Dr. Edward Howell, he stresses the importance of METABOLIC enzymes in raw fresh food and how with the minerals and vitamins, build them into body tissues. These supplemental METABOLIC food enzymes also repair the body while keeping the organs and body cells healthy. They are also very important in repairing damaged cells.
The message here is that METABOLIC enzymes play just as important a part in food processing as digestive enzymes, and not only keep our 80/20 bacteria colony healthy but producing the energy needed for body cells, organs, blood, and brain health.
Please do not misunderstand me. Digestive enzymes are very important. Every one of us produces the digestive enzymes necessary for healthy food digestion. But when you eat raw food, the enzymes in the food immediately begin to digest it in the mouth, even before it is swallowed and goes into the stomach. This process occurs before the digestive enzymes are even secreted.
An example of this occurs in all animals and birds. If we compare this metabolic enzyme activity with chickens, they swallow wheat, corn, and other grains whole. It goes into a neck pouch (crop) where the seeds swell with moisture. The enzymes inside the seeds begin to digest the starch, protein, and fat before the food reaches their stomach. Another example occurs in snakes and lizards. They swallow their food whole, such as animals, birds, and fish. The metabolic enzymes in their prey digest their food before the animal’s enzymes are even released.
Every one of nature’s creatures including humans receives enzymes in every raw food that they eat or if it is cooked lightly. If it is cooked or heated for a long time or heated to a degree where the enzymes are destroyed, the food will not contain any enzymes. Plants are even dependent on enzymes in the soil to help produce their needs and energy.
This is what is so important. Every human needs to know that when you eat raw food, the metabolic supplemental enzymes are immediately released and begin to digest food in the mouth before the digestive enzymes are even secreted. People need to know that these metabolic enzymes are also responsible for creating bio-electric or electromagnetic energy that is vital to their immune system, body cells, blood, organs, and brain.
When Dr. William Kelly was curing his pancreatic cancer, he ate and recommended many raw foods. These included vegetable juices, raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, berries, other raw foods, and even oatmeal mush. He soaked his oatmeal mush overnight and ate it raw in the morning. These were the bio-electric foods that helped cure his pancreatic cancer. They also were foods that the metabolic enzymes processed and produced bio-electric energy that helped cure his cancer.
The American, Canadian, and English diet is saturated with cooked, processed refined, and denatured food. The magic bacteria biome ratio in the small intestine (2 ½ to 4 pounds of bacteria) is 80% (good bacteria) / 20% (bad bacteria). This is a very important ratio that will keep people healthy with a great immune system. Yet the normal diet in these three countries is devoid of creating 80% good bacteria. 80% of the people are eating a diet devoid of creating metabolic enzyme digestion. 80% of the people are devoid of creating energy that produces a great immune system. A great raw food diet and immune system will keep us healthy and able to prevent parasites like Candida Albicans that infest our intestines. This is a travesty.
The METABOLIC supplemental enzyme production is dependent on people eating raw fresh oils, foods including raw vegetables, fruits, dates, nuts, seeds, leaves, stems, bulbs, and other raw fresh foods. Some of my relations even said that I shouldn’t eat sashimi, but I feel that the worm risk is very neglectable. Many Japanese people who eat raw fish all the time have the longest life span in the world.
There is a great need for anyone with cancer to get metabolic and proteolytic enzymes. Some studies have shown that proteolytic enzymes travel in the bloodstream and destroy any cancer cells that are traveling there. Proteolytic enzymes also help destroy cancer cells in vitro.
In an article by Anthony J. Cichoke, he explains that everyone in the world (even healthy people) gets cancer cell “HITS” every day or night. It occurs in the mitochondria of body cells but is subdued by the immune system. Especially a great healthy immune system. Only a very few of these “HITS” start a cancer tumor, and many doctors say that it occurs more in a weak immune system.
Having an immune system that is strong enough to avoid cancer can lower a person’s chances of getting cancer. A strong immune system is built upon raw fresh oils and foods, digestive and metabolic enzymes, plus supplemental proteolytic enzymes. When immune cells (macrophages) are overwhelmed because of a poor immune system, antibodies cannot control the start and progress of disease. As numbers of the immune complex are weakened and die, the decreased antibodies cannot do their job. An example of this is in the case of cancer. The result is an inhibition of cellular immunity and excess fibrin formation. Research has shown that the metabolic and proteolytic enzyme combination enhances the immune complex system. Metabolic and proteolytic enzyme therapy increases the defense against cancer cells. It improves the body’s ability to RECOGNIZE CANCER CELLS and LOWER THE VIRULENCE. The ENZYMES HELP DEREGULATE the tumor cell metabolism.
Two great supplemental proteolytic enzymes are solozymes and Wobenzym-N. Recent studies have shown that these proteolytic enzymes even travel in the bloodstream and gobble up waste particles, disease, and cancer cells. Many alternative medicine doctors recommend preventive proteolytic enzymes, even in healthy people, to prevent and deregulate disease in the bloodstream and even in vitro. The recommended preventive dosage for solozymes is 5 to 7 tabs each day, while the preventive dosage for Wobenzym-N is 4 to 5 tabs each day. Solozyme enzymes can be obtained by contacting the College Health Stores. Wobenzym-N enzymes can be obtained on the internet and at many health food stores.
The research on enzymes is ongoing and very interesting. It may be wise to think about preventive enzymes as a daily habit. My wife and I have been taking them daily for several years, and hopefully, they have been very helpful. Remember that metabolic and proteolytic enzymes are the basis of a great immune system. More doctors, naturopaths, teachers, and people need to learn about the great things that enzymes do.
