The Importance of Diet and Lifestyle after Cancer is Cured

People that have been treated for cancer and other diseases are often left with no directions as to what nutrition to eat that will keep cancer and other diseases from reoccurring. A synopsis of great bio-electric foods is needed and the following information is designed for those who have cured their cancer and would like to keep cancer and other diseases from reoccurring. These recommendations will also be very helpful for any person who would like to prevent diseases from occurring in their body.

All nutrition begins in the intestines. It involves electromagnetic ionic foods versus non-electromagnetic cationic foods. It is registered in the 80 (good bacteria)/ 20 (bad bacteria) ratio in the gut. Keeping this very important ratio is what a cancer diet and a cancer cure diet are all about. This means that 80 percent of the foods a person should eat be electromagnetic ionic food. This is a big task because 80 percent of bio-electric foods are not found in 80 percent of grocery store products. They are a small minority of foods that are on the shelves at the grocery store. The majority of foods at the grocery store are not bioelectric foods and are harmful to your health. There is a need for 20 percent of foods you consume in your body to be non-bioelectric to create energy through the ionic, anionic atomic molecular metabolism.

What is the 80/20 diet composed of, and how does food affect the 80/20 diet ratio? That is a very important question. In my latest book, I have listed 54 foods according to several food values. They are nutrition value from 10 down to one, brain health value, electromagnetic value (pH), the 80/20 ratio values, and the ionic/cationic values. These are needed when you go to the grocery store because it is a value system for these 54 foods, whether they are good for you, or harmful. They will gauge whether the foods you buy are electromagnetic or non-electromagnetic. In other words, By buying 80 percent bio-electric foods, You will balance the 80 percent of the 80/20 gut bacteria ratio. By buying OVER 20percent of non-bioelectric foods, you will be changing that 80/20 ratio to the acidic, low voltage, cationic body cell, and organ disease state.

Dr. Carey Reams listed these 80 percent good bacteria foods as having their own unique electrochemical and electromagnetic frequencies. When consumed they can create optimum body cell electric values. These foods are found in raw, fresh live plants, minerals, fish, and some supplement foods. 67 minerals are used in the human body. He found that if the ionic mineral energy moving into and out of body cells is not in the proper frequency and conformity, that the body cells cannot maintain the ideal molecular, ionic, electrochemical, and electromagnetic STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY. He also stated. The 80 percent good bacteria from living plants, minerals, and supplements have to maintain digestive capability and integrity to maintain the ideal electrochemical and electromagnetic body cell and organ frequencies to prevent disease and maintain energy, health, and vitality needed to nourish the body cells and organs.

The following foods have been recommended by several successful cancer clinics around the world. Many raw, fresh, electromagnetic ionic foods are recommended and encouraged to be consumed every day for curing cancer, but also for people who have HAD THEIR CANCER CURED need the same diet.

Most important on the list is to try and eat 8 to 14 raw fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, berries, seeds, leaves, bulbs, sprouts, mushrooms, dates, pineapples, and coconuts every day. Legumes are also very good and recommended 3 or 4 times a week. It is suggested that SALADS, made 3 to 7 times a week, are a very good way to eat many vegetables, fruits, nuts, and berries.

Seeds are often overlooked but are a wonderful source of vitamins, omega-3 oils, and other fatty acids. Flaxseeds are very high in electromagnetic oils. There is a great variety of seeds that are very healthy foods. Some of these are flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, chia, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame, and apricots seeds. My suggestion is to MIX SEVERAL SEEDS in a coffee grinder, mix them, and put them into the foods that you eat daily. Flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, chia, and sunflower seeds (DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS) can all be mixed in a coffee grinder and make great additives to almost all foods.

Joanna Budwig’s combination cottage cheese, Quark, flaxseed oil, and crushed flaxseed combination is still a great food after cancer is cured. When mixed fresh and eaten it provides a water-soluble high electromagnetic food. Flaxseed oil is an electron donor, or oxidant, vs antioxidant, which lowers the voltage of a cell and may cause disease.

Don’t forget that legumes are very good for you. Beans, peas, lentils, and brown rice have very good vitamins and fiber. They are a good substitute for bread and potatoes. A few potatoes will not hurt you if eaten sparingly. However, sweet potatoes are much better and should be a very good healthy food
Another great bio-electric food is apple cider vinegar. Which has antimicrobial properties and lowers blood sugar levels. A small amount can be put in salads along with flaxseeds or other omega-3 oil. It is also great for losing weight. Also, garlic, soaked in vinegar, in about two weeks will lose its bitterness and bite. Putting garlic in Sauer-Krout, and eating a couple of cloves of garlic with a fork full of sauer-Kraut every day is a great way to stay healthy.

If you want carbs, rye bread, a small amount of sourdough bread, ryemeal, oatmeal, and oat bread are good foods. Do not overeat carbs, however. Don’t forget 1 to 1 and ½ tablespoons of omega-6 oils every day, in salads, and other foods, or just in spoons. Some of the better omega-6 oils are flaxseed oil, Udo’s choice, raw northern seed oils, hemp oil, krill oil, sardines, cod liver oil, fish oil, and maybe extra virgin olive oil if it has not been on the grocery shelf too long. Fish are also on the menu for 3 to 5 days a week. Shrimp and oysters are good but not too many at one time.

Fermented foods are a great booster of good gut bacteria. Fermented foods have almost as many bacteria as probiotics. Two or three bottles of fermented foods should be in your refrigerator all the time. A fork full of each is about all you need in as many days as you can eat them. I found that putting garlic into sauer-Kraut takes the bite out of garlic so that a couple of garlic cloves can be eaten every day without the bitter taste. A garlic crusher is also a very handy tool in your kitchen. Two or three crushed cloves of garlic every day mixed with food is a great health booster.

Other great foods that are on the bioelectric list are turmeric and lemons. Turmeric is another great food and you should eat some of it every day. It does so many great things that in India very few people have mental dementia and sickness. They contribute it to turmeric. Lemons are a great alkaline booster. If your pH is chronically low, a glass of pure, raw, lemon juice made with one lemon will raise your acidity to more alkaline. Remember, an acidic body is prone to disease, but a neutral pH (6.4 to 6.8) body is a great asset for your health. Lemons also are involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, provide lots of vitamin C, and combats inflammation of the gut.

Another great preventive supplement that keeps you healthy and prevents disease is pancreatic enzymes. Wobenzym-N has a very reasonable cost and is a great alien scavenger in the blood vessels. It digests any foreign particles in the blood including bad bacteria. For people who have cured their cancer, this is a great preventing service.

Dr. William Kelley credited enzymes (solozymes) for being paramount to eradicating his cancer. He took 15 to 18 tablets a day until his cancer was cured. My suggestion is to take 3 to 5 wobenzym-N tablets a day for preventing disease and or recurring cancer.

There are some very bad aliens at the top of the disease list. These bad bacteria, parasites, bad molds and yeasts, parasite larvae, and most costly, Candida Albicans yeast/fungus are the toxin and inflammation destroyers in the intestines. Sugar and sugar derivatives are number one on the criminal list, with excess carbohydrates close behind. Just behind them are omega-6 oils, gotten on the grocery shelf. All of these foods have no electric voltage and are like a dead battery in your car. They do not have voltage enough to create body cell and organ health. Excess carbs can add up fast. Pizzas, bread, especially white bread, pasta, noodles, spaghetti, bagels, pies, cakes, cookies, chips, and many other foods have excess carbs. With a preventive cancer cure diet, careful consideration should be taken when buying these foods if you want to stay healthy.

Some other bad bacteria foods are Omega-6 oils, especially those used by fast-food chains. All omega6 oils are non-electromagnetic except coconut oil. and have no voltage for the body cells. Instead, they are the culprits that cause a lot of diseases. Preservatives are not good for you. Ice cream, mayonaise, Crisco, pam, ketchup, and many salad dressings have a lot of sugar, no voltage oils, and other preservatives. Don’t forget that all refined and processed foods are non-electromagnetic. If you want to fry foods, coconut oil, palm oil, and butter are best for frying.

Somehow, a great many foods that a person loves are on the non-bioelectric list. That is a shame but keeping healthy is a disciplinary job, and people who disobey pay a price. That is why the cancer treatment costs are over 2 billion dollars a year. I hope that you might get some great ideas for use of foods in your home. Keeping vigilant is a great way to stay healthy and the rewards are great. Great health is the route to energy, vitality, happiness, and longevity. Too many people are dying before their time. Eating a great diet is a great step towards being a centurian.
