Recently, the U.S. Health publications provided some disturbing news about the rise of diseases during the covid-19 pandemic. Many adults and children were home-bound. This caused a serious change in eating habits and a lack of exercise. Many families neglected eating healthy foods, and many got extra meals from fast food outlets. Children also neglected to get enough exercise, which they previously got from school and exercise programs.
Three things were highlighted that became a health problem for both children and adults. They are the rise of obesity, diabetic onset, and Candida fungus infestation. In a poll of the American Psychological Association, they stated that in a large number of people, 40 percent said that they had gained more weight than they intended. Between 2018 and 2020, among 8 to 20-year-olds, hospital visits for type II diabetes diagnosis tripled during the pandemic. At Children’s Hospital in Washington D. C., they said diabetes has become a big problem, with 10.5percent more admissions with people diagnosed with diabetes. Diabetic deaths in adults also increased significantly, by tripling to 25 percent over the years 2018 and 2019.
With the obesity rate increasing at such an alarming rate, doctors estimate that the spread of Candida fungus has increased from 31.5 percent in 2018, to 35 percent or more in 2021. Now over 100 million people in the U.S. have been suspected of having excess Candida Albicans fungus. Candida albicans fungus is known to produce toxins which start a cascade of critical diseases in the United States.
Being locked down and eating a poor diet and fast foods, the younger ages as well as adults are at risk of diseases. Non-electromagnetic cationic foods, refined and processed foods, plus sugar, and omega-6 oils are causing an obesity epidemic. Also since many schools do not teach nutrition and health, the average family’s diets have changed from nutritious foods to more fast foods and non-electromagnetic cationic processed and refined foods. A researcher, Ed Gregg, a former CDS employee, told Reuters that especially in young children the omission of electromagnetic foods has set the U.S. health system back 15 to 20 years. Among many families with young children, the body mass index (BMI) increased significantly during the pandemic. This affects thousands of school children throughout the U.S. Ed Gregg states that the BMI (obesity rate) has increased by approximately 5 percent from 2018 to the present time. According to the CDC, obesity rates in many states have nearly doubled since 2015. This does not include stress problems, changes in grocery shopping, and diets. These adverse eating habits lead to oxidation of body cells, obesity, body cell osmosis changes, lipid oxidation, lipid peroxidation, and reactive oxygen species of body cells. This leads to many diseases. Poor diet and eating habits lead to the origination of approximately 80 percent of all diseases.
More people in the U.S. need to understand how diseases originate. If that were to happen, diseases from diets would lower the medical costs by over 400 to 500 billion dollars a year.
80 percent of diseases start with an acidic, non-electromagnetic, cationic diet. Nutritionists state that health, a great immune system, energy, and probably longevity involve restricting excess sugar, boiled omega-6 oils, processed and refined foods while eating fresh, raw, and lightly boiled live plant foods. The disease process starts with the increase of bad bacteria in the small intestine, changing the bacteria ratio from 80 (good bacteria)/20 (bad bacteria) to a lower good bacteria, higher bad bacteria, down from 80 percent, and a rise in bad bacteria, or up from 20 percent. (Example, 75/25). This starts a cascade (sequence) of events that results in over 140 autoimmune and other diseases which invade the human body. A slimmed downed version of the process is as follows.

The inflammation of the small intestinal wall opens holes into the bloodstream.
LEAKY GUT—ALIENS IN THE BLOODSTREAM—ALIENS TRAVEL TO JOINTS, BODY CELLS, ORGANS, BLOOD, AND BRAIN—DISEASE.
A flood of aliens, bacteria, and other toxic molecules including Candida fungus,, parasites, parasite larvae, molds, fungus, tiny protein molecules, tiny food molecules, and other terrorists flood the body. Most scientific publications say that there are over 140 different diseases that start with the cascade of aliens through the small intestinal wall.
Folks, this is NUTRITION AND DISEASE 101. It should be taught in every school, to parents, and with every nutrition magazine and publication. Every parent should be able to buy, select healthy foods, and their families eat great, raw, or slightly boiled fresh electromagnetic foods. Many thousands would be able to change their diets, eliminating many cancers, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes, rheumatism, allergies, colitis, etc.
I have omitted oxygen which is a key ingredient in everyone’s health. It is very important to exercise which was lacking in many people while they were holed up in their homes during the pandemic. You might think of nitric oxide supplements along with that walk or run, swim, or tennis. If you can, breath through your nose as much as possible.
