The origin of diseases is not what you think it is. Most diseases do not start when the doctor discovers that you have rheumatoid arthritis, alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, thrush, and/or many other diseases. It starts inside the small and large intestines with a chronic Candida fungus infestation. It is a startling fact that over 45 percent of all Americans and one billion people worldwide have this silent, chronic devastating debilitating yeast (fungus). The by-products from it are devastating. It producing TOXINS that cause INFLAMMATION of the gut wall. From there it creates LEAKY GUT, allowing tiny food particles, protein particles, Candida fungus, parasite larvae, bad bacteria, bad viruses, molds, and other very bad critters to enter the bloodstream.
This is the cause of over 100 diseases that attack your body. Unfortunately, almost 50 percent of the people in the U.S. eat a diet that promotes excess Candida fungus. The fungus (yeast) does not stop there but Candida and parasites produce methane, acetaldehyde, propyl alcohol, and other devasting CULPRITS that produce toxins. These also contribute to the CAUSE OF DISEASE. Candida fungus even gets into the blood and causes many diseases itself, including vaginitis, athlete’s foot, jock itch, the crust under the toenails, thrush, intestinal colitis, allergies, leucocytosis, fatigue, and obesity.
According to researchers, you do not see, hear, or feel Candida fungus. It can shorten your life by 10 to 15 years. It affects the young, middle age, and elderly population. It eventually disrupts and has many effects on most people’s lives, yet about 90 percent of the medical profession just treats the SYMPTOMS, not the CAUSE. From the effects of Candida fungus, about 300 billion dollars of medical insurance and people’s money is spent on treating the resulting diseases every year, 200 billion on cancer treatment alone. Many experts say that 80 percent of all cancer patients have Candida intertwined with the cancer cells.
Candida Albicans fungus is only one of the good, bad, and ugly 30 to 60 trillion alien visitors and 800 species that you have in your small intestine. These small critters include many species of the microbiome (bacteria, other molds, fungus, etc). These bad aliens include bad bacteria, yeasts, Escherichia Coli bacteria, bacteriophages, and small viruses, to name a few. Bacteriophages are tiny viruses that infect some species of good bacteria. Besides Candida, these bad species also contribute to the toxins that cause the inflammation resulting in the breakdown of the intestinal walls, causing a leaky gut. But that is not all, these toxins also cause many diseases.
Just how serious a Candida fungus infestation can be, became known in a Russian satellite capsule circling the earth in the early 2000s. All of the Russian astronauts aboard got a serious Candida Albicans overgrowth. One astronaut died. The others became seriously ill before the government could get them down The damage was found to be from Candida fungus toxic spores that got their start in the air conditioning system. The capsule had to be destroyed. After this incident, many countries and businesses have treated air conditioning units to avoid Candida spore contamination.
The gut bacteria actually acts as an organ. It performs specific duties and functions in the immune system, blood, heart, body organs, digestive system, and even brain. In fact, it acts as a second brain and controls some of the brain functions.
It should be mentioned here that all of the organisms in the small intestine are not all bad. There are many hundreds of good bacteria that thrive, especially when people are eating a great electromagnetic (ionic) diet. It is when the ratio of good bacteria (80 percent, versus the bad bacteria (20 percent) in a healthy individual swing to the bad side, like 75/25 percent, that trouble starts. The high BAD BACTERIA COUNT means that Candida fungus will thrive and causes devasting disease damage.
Some of the worst foods that a person can eat that will cause a Candida fungus infestation are sugar, sugar derivatives, and Splenda (sucralose). Other foods are excess carbohydrates, especially white flour products including pizza, fried flour products, preservatives, refined and processed foods, excess alcohol, and antibiotics. There are many more but space limits the discussion of many foods.
Your gut actually needs the good, bad, and ugly microorganisms to keep your body healthy. However, the balance of an 80/20 good to bad ratio is needed to keep Candida and other culprits out of the small intestines. When the diet is in balance, most of the Candida and other bad boys will be destroyed. However, when the electromagnetic alkaline environment changes to the acidic side, parasites, bad bacteria, Candida fungus, bad molds, and viruses thrive.
Notice: Armed with numerous drugs given by many physicians, and not changing the diet, most affected Candida fungus patients will not recover from the silent, destructive actions of Candidiasis. Only by taking antifungal medications, good intestinal bacteria, and changing the diet will reduce the numbers.

ONE: Eat 8 to 12 raw, fresh, electromagnetic (ionic) vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts, bulbs, leaves, and/or sprouts every day. This activates the good alkaline bacteria ratio.
TWO: Eliminate or cut way down on sugar and sugar derivatives. Candida and cancer thrive on sugar and sugar derivatives.
THREE: Cut down on all carbohydrates and high glycemic foods. These are flour and flour products, potatoes, pizzas, noodles, pastries, deep-fried foods, hamburgers, etc.
FOUR: Eliminate as much as possible all refined and processed foods.
FIVE: For lunches try vegetable soups (lightly boiled), Rye egg salad, chicken and fish sandwiches, fruits, cottage cheese, salads, fish, boiled eggs, and or chicken.
SIX: Eat 5 to 6 cloves of crushed garlic in foods every day.
SEVEN: Cut down on the small cholesterol particles (LDL) This helps keep the blood and heart rhythm at 7.4 pH, and the urine and saliva at 6.4 pH (optimum). This can be accomplished by not eating omega 6 oils on the grocery shelf, getting plenty of fiber in foods, use cats claw, barley powder, lycopene, pycnogenol, and cut down on acidic meats, sugar, ice cream, and high carbs.
EIGHT: Keep an alkaline pH. Fiber from psyllium, raw vegetables, legumes, sweet potatoes, yams, barley powder, beets, cucumbers, watermelon, water, and lemon juice. Raw fresh lemon juice before bedtime and early in the morning is a great alkaline mix.
NINE: Eliminate all deep-fried foods. The omega grocery shelf oils are non-electromagnetic (dead) oils and are Candida’s ice cream, along with sugar.
TEN: Take 1 1/2 o 2 tablespoons of polyunsaturated or monounsaturated oils every day. These can be flaxseed oil, Udo’s choice, krill oil, fish oil, cod liver oil, and/or raw northern seed oils. Use only coconut oil, palm oil, or butter to cook with.
ELEVEN: Here are are suggested supplements. Vitamin C, B3, B2, B6, B12, zinc, folate, astaxanthin, L-arginine, L-theanine, Gingko Biloba, selenium, turmeric, magnesium, wormwood capsules, psyllium, cloves, and caprylic acid tablets. These raise up the immune system, plus it helps get rid of Candida.
TWELVE: Obtain and take 3 to 5 wobenzym-N enzymes (from Amazon) or solozymes every day. Solozymes can be obtained by calling 817 458 9241.
THIRTEEN: Get lactobacillus and acidophilus bacteria from the health food store and be sure to take them every day. This is very important.
It is very important to follow this refrigerator list to control and eliminate Candida fungus. You may have things to add that will also help. If you follow these suggestions, besides possibly eliminating many diseases, you may add 10 to 15 years to your life.
