A Robin in the Garden

How can a person be so lucky as to wake up in the long days of June with the sparrows singing in the open bedroom window? God has given us these long days to enjoy the wonderful world around us that we live in. Everything around us is vibrant, and with beautiful flowers, bushes, and trees. There is a sparrow bush next to the house behind to our bedroom window with about 20 families of sparrows that are making the wonderful sounds we hear when we wake up.

How lucky we are to live in the beautiful northwest United States where we have the opportunity to see, smell, and hear the beauty around us. The other night I saw and heard a barn owl as it sat on the roof of the house next door. That brought thoughts of the people in Venezuela who, because of their communist dictator president, are not as lucky as we are. Venezuela has the resources to be one of the richest nations in the world, but they have even had to eat their birds, cats, dogs, rats, and other small animals to keep from starving.

When I got up this morning to the brilliant sunshine, I looked out of my window and saw a robin searching for worms in my garden. Sparrows also visit the garden to eat the tiny insects and flies that seem to be everywhere on the lawn and garden. There the birds usually have their own diet and do not eat food that is not good for them. That is far different from what most of us Americans eat. We eat about 40 to 50 percent of foods that are not good for our health.

The robins and the sparrows love to visit the garden and so should we homosapiens. We should love the garden too, for it contains a nutrition gold mine.

But wait, if you are not enjoying the wonderful tops of the garden vegetables, you are missing a treasure of the gold nuggets of nutrition. This morning I picked the tops of most of the plants, and plan to have a great treat (salad) this afternoon. The tops of these vegetables are a valuable source of nutrition, and you are missing half of the nutrition in your garden if you are missing out on them. Not a day goes by in the summer without us enjoying both the tops and the bottoms of the nutritious vegetables that are waiting to be eaten.

That brings me to another subject. What are the six most important nutrition foods that would create energy, help the immune system, create health-making electromagnetic body and organ cells, and that a person could eat every day? Do you have a daily routine of these foods that gives you the diet that might help your tiny little 30 trillion health-making critters (800 species) that live in your small intestine? If not, then maybe some thought needs to be given that would be an everyday help to your health. The following is just a small portion of great nutritious foods that can be consumed daily. There are many more, so if you have more in mind, then these can be just added to those great foods that you already may be eating. The following foods have been evaluated for their overall nutrition value, electromagnetic rating, ionic-cationic value, and keeping the 80/20 ideal gut bacteria ratio. These foods are rated a nine or ten nutritionally in my new book, “Preventing Cancer.” These are also foods that my wife and I try to eat every day.

One: Fresh raw or lightly cooked vegetables, fruits, melons, berries, squash, nuts, bulbs, leaves, and sprouts. We try to eat at least 8 to 12 of these fresh foods every day and/or make a glass of raw, fresh vegetable juice with half a lemon, made in a juicer.

Two: 2 or more tablespoons of fresh raw flaxseed oil, extra virgin olive oil, krill oil, fish oil, Udo’s choice, cod liver oil, or northern seed oils every day. My wife and I prefer Dr. Joanna Budwigs cancer-preventing formula made of 2 percent cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, Quark (like kifer), and flaxseeds crushed in a coffee bean grinder, and blueberries, added for health and taste. Linus Pauling found a carbon-based molecular formula called the “alfa helix” which this mixture will produce. Why is this so important? Because Dr. Budwig found that it unravels sticky blood. Dr. Budwig treated 2500 grade III and IV cancer patients (after the oncolosist’s had given up on them) and cured 85 to 90 percent of them with this formula and other treatments. She found that 80 to 90 percent of cancer patients had sticky (homocysteine laced) blood. This mixture unravels sticky blood and creates free red blood cells that will carry oxygen to the body cells. Cancer cells try to shut off body cell oxygen because they use glucose to metabolize and metastasize.

Three: Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, or huckleberries. These berries contain polyphenols and catechins which help create a great good bacteria mix in your small intestine. This helps your immunity, acid/alkaline (pH) balance, ionic molecular increase, and increases the 80/20 bacteria ratio in your gut. My wife and I try to eat this formula every morning.

Four: Garlic. If you are not eating 4 or 5 fresh, raw, crushed, or chopped garlic in your food every day, you are missing one of the most nutritionally rated foods in your house. There are so many wonderful health benefits of garlic that I cannot list them in this BULLETIN. Two of the most important benefits are that it helps get rid of Candida fungus and parasites. Over 45 percent of all Americans have excess damaging Candida fungus. The other great benefit is that it helps lower blood pressure. An interesting fact is that three different physicians have found that 80 percent of all cancer cells are intermixed with Candida Albicans fungus. They are corrupt aliens.

Five: Turmeric. Turmeric and other nitrous oxide supplement information has recently been highlighted in many articles and books. Turmeric has too many benefits to list in this BULLETIN. NO2 converts to oxygen in your body. It also relaxes the blood vessels, lowering the blood pressure. Some of these great health supplements besides turmeric are; Ginkgo biloba, periwinkle, L-arginine, and L-theanine. If you are not taking these supplements daily, you are missing some great blood pressure helpers.

Six: Lemon juice. Dr. Carey Reams discovered that all biological entities (cells), whether plant, animal, or human cells, exist and function on their own basic electrochemical and electromagnetic frequency. He found that if the ionic mineral energy, moving into and out of body cells and organs is not in the proper frequency and conformity, that the biological entity cannot maintain its ideal molecular, ionic, electrochemical, and electromagnetic structural integrity.

Testing hundreds of foods, Dr. Reams found that when all foods enter the digestive tract, they are cationic except the lemon. The anionic pancreatic enzymes change the electrochemical (pH) balance which activates the electromagnetic foods to be able to supply the ionic cells and create energy. Lemons stimulate the pancreas to produce these ionic (high pH) alkaline enzymes which create the great acid/alkaline balance needed for the 80/20 bacteria ratio in the small intestine. This is huge. I will repeat. This is awesome. I drink a 1/2 glass of raw, pure lemon juice before bedtime, plus 1/2 glass when I get up. Everyone should give this some serious thought.

There you have it. The six important things that I try to consume every day. These may not be your choice, so don’t think this is carved in stone. There are also 48 more foods that are also listed in my new book, “Preventing Cancer.” The foods are nutritionally rated from 10 down to 1, as to the nutrition value. These ratings can be used in buying foods that help the 80/20 bacteria ratio in your gut.

So get out in your garden and follow the advice of the robin and sparrows. Don’t let the vegetable tops go to waste. Eat as many fresh raw vegetable tops and bottoms as you can. You will be happy and glad that you do.
