Why a Food Rating System is Very Important for Your Health, Welfare, and Longevity

90 percent of all people in the U.S. have little knowledge of food nutritional values and the many factors in buying great foods that increases their health and well-being. With the educational system these days being very tardy on teaching nutrition ratings and food values, there is a void in much of the formal information needed to buy valuable nutritious food that contains necessary vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes needed to keep a healthy body. Also, many people and families buy foods that they read about, what their parents bought or food ideas that their friends suggest in buying their foods.

Most people do not realize that there are electromagnetic foods, non-electromagnetic foods, acid /alkaline values, and overall nutritional values. Many foods are great for your health, while many are also not good and produce toxins, inflammation, bad bacteria, Candida fungus, and parasites that produce disease. In fact, over 35 percent of all people in the U.S. eat a diet that produces autoimmune and other diseases. They do not choose foods that are great for a person’s health. That is why the Loudon 80/20 food rating system is a great help in knowing what foods are great for your health and well-being. In my new book, “Preventing Cancer,” The 80/20 food rating system is used to evaluate 54 foods and supplement groups. This system allows you to know what foods produce great health, and which foods produce disease.

The 80 (good bacteria) /20 (bad bacteria) food rating system involves the health of the 30 trillion+ (800 species) of bacteria in your small intestine. These 30 trillion very important little creatures, control your health, well-being, immunity, brain health, body cell health, organ health, and probably longevity.

What is the 80/20 food rating system based upon, and why is it so important? The system is based upon an overall nutrition rating, the acid/alkaline values, electromagnetic and non-electromagnetic values, and ionic/cationic molecular factors. All of these are important in determining the nutritional value of the foods you buy and consume. These ratings are also vital factors needed for you to help prevent autoimmune and other diseases.

The 20 percent bad bacteria ratio is a term used that includes many species of bad bacteria, Candida Albicans fungus, bad molds, other bad fungus, parasites, parasite larvae, and other bad critters. The 80 percent good bacteria ratio includes many species of good bacteria, good molds, good fungus, and other good digestion helpers.

When the 80/20 gut ratio shifts to the bad bacteria side, it is usually the result of a bad diet. This includes refined, processed foods, omega 6 oils on the grocery shelf, sugar and sugar derivatives, excess carbohydrates, acetic foods, and excess alcohol. The disease process usually starts with these bad foods and not enough electromagnetic foods to keep up the 80/20 balance needed to maintain good health. When the pendulum swings to the bad bacteria side, many adverse reactions begin to occur.

The disease sequence begins with a bad diet. 1. Candida Albicans fungus creeps into the gut colony. The sugar, carbs, omega 6 oils, etc., increase the Candida infestation by tenfold. Other parasite larvae, bad bacteria also love sugary foods. Over 35 percent of the people in the U.S. have excess Candida. 2. Other bad bacteria, mold, fungus, and parasites creep into the gut. 3. Toxic substances (toxins), acetyl, and propyl alcohol are also by-products of these parasites and Candida. They are health-destroying bad critters. 4. The toxins cause severe inflammation which breaks down the very thin one or two-celled gut wall. A breach occurs in the walls creating holes. This is called “leaky gut.” 5. Toxins, bad bacteria, tiny protein, food molecules, bad fungus, molds, parasite larvae, parasites, and Candida fungus escape into the bloodstream. 6. This is what starts the disease process. These toxic culprits then go to the body cells, organs, joints, and even the brain. They are the origin of over 100 autoimmune and other diseases. These disease culprits begin to destroy a person’s health, immune system, joints, body cells, organs, and even brain cells. They are usually the indirect cause of high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, and scores of other diseases.

In my new book, just published, “Preventing Cancer,” I list 54 different food and supplement groups. I have them categorized and rated as to the nutritional, biochemical, and nutritional factors. These nutritional values are related to the 80 (good bacteria) / 20 (bad bacteria) ratio of the intestinal flora.

Why rate a system on this 80/20 ratio? Because a person’s diet controls the intestinal bacteria ratio. This ratio controls a person’s health. A great diet will not only keep this ratio stable but will enhance digestion, the immune system, body health, brain health, blood health, heart rate, bowel elimination, brain function, oxygen utilization, organ and body functions.

The 80/20 nutritional food ratings have four categories which are printed on the top and bottom of each of the 54 food and supplement pages. Each of the 54 food groups also contains one or two pages that explain the electromagnetic and non-electromagnetic values, ionic/cationic, and acid/alkaline (pH) rating. Ratings are broken down into; 1. Nutritional value, or value of food as related to overall health, the immune system, energy, vitality, and longevity. The ratings are from 100 down to 0. 2. Acid/alkaline measurements (hertz or pH), which is critically important for maintaining an optimum acid/alkaline body balance. When the pH gets lower than 6.2, or acidic, it creates problems with the gut bacteria, toxin accumulations, inflammation of the gut walls, leaky gut, and a bad flood of no good critters into the bloodstream. It is important to keep ideal urine, saliva, blood, body cell, and organ pH balance. The ratings of the 54 foods will show acetic as well as alkaline foods. 3.ionic/cationic measurements. These values are important to determine the atom and molecular metabolism plus whether the foods and supplements produce electromagnetic forces needed to keep healthy bacteria in the gut. 4. Electromagnetic or non-electromagnetic ratings. This is very important because it is the electromagnetic foods that create cell health, energy, vitality, digestion, and many other vital things that provide great health and create good bacteria in the gut. This helps you determine the overall health, energy, blood health, and organ health. Raw, fresh live vegetables, fruits, nuts, melons, squash, leaves, bulbs, and sprouts plus raw, fresh, northern seed, nut, and fish oils contain these very important electromagnetic foods.

One big problem with buying healthy foods is that about 80-90 percent of all foods in the grocery store are non-electromagnetic foods, while electromagnetic foods are less than 20 percent. That makes it very hard to buy the right foods that are assets to your health. But the advantage of the Loudon 80/20 food rating system will override all other ways to evaluate foods when you buy them to keep your family healthy.
