My observations and research over the last few years have recovered some very interesting figures. After reading many articles, publications, books, and computer searching, there seems to be a direct correlation between the intestinal bacteria ratio (80 good/20 bad) and 35 percent of overweight people in the U.S.
The first indication was that in several publications and writings, it was stated that 35 percent of the people in the U.S. were overweight. Most people did not pay attention as this news appeared in many written articles, newspapers, the media, and stated by many physicians. Very few of these overweight people took measures to change their diet, and quit eating non-electromagnetic foods that produced weight gain, gut inflammation, toxins, and leaky gut. Most of these people kept on eating the same foods that caused the problem.
Let me explain more about the 80% good bacteria and the 20% bad bacteria ratio in the small intestine. A person’s diet controls this bacteria ratio in the gut. Most people do not realize, but when the diet includes refined foods, processed foods, oils bought on the grocery shelf (not raw seed oils), sugar and sugar substances, preservatives, etc., this gut ratio changes to an undesirable bad bacteria, candida fungus, parasite, toxin, infestation, and inflammation of the gut. An overweight person then usually would be eating 35 percent or more of these undesirable foods.
After obtaining this information over a long time, I have come to the conclusion that these ratios are the most important factor in the health of an individual. By having a great electromagnetic food diet, great immune system, great supplements, minerals, and exercise, you can maintain a great healthy energetic body and mind.
When people eat a non-electromagnetic diet, processed, refined foods, omega 6 (dead) oils, sugar, sugar substances, and flour-containing foods, the 35% overweight population may even increase.
When a person studies the bacteria and other flora in the small intestine, they will find that there are many other statistics that are related to the 80/20 bacteria ratio. One great important statistic that is gaining some notoriety is that 35% of the people in the U.S. have excess Candida Albicans fungus in their gut. Candida Albicans fungus feeds on sugar and carbs, which are in the diets of many of these overweight people. Some physicians say that more than 45% or 120 million of all people in the U.S. have excess candida. Since a non-electromagnetic diet causes the 80/20 ratio of bacteria in the gut to change for the worse, then candida fungus creeps into the gut. With every person in the U.S. eating an average of 22 teaspoons of sugar a day, they are asking for candida infestations. An alarming fact is that Candida’s diet is the same diet that cancer cells love.
This diet is not good for anyone’s health. It is probably the most damaging of all factors, leading to a leaky gut, a weak immune system, loss of energy, diabetes, and most of all, autoimmune diseases, other diseases, and loss of longevity.
These Candida fungi, bad bacteria, parasites, and other very bad critters produce toxins and inflammation that erodes the very thin small intestinal wall. These damaging toxins, tiny protein and food particles, parasite larvae, and other toxic critters then escape into the bloodstream and are the direct cause of most diseases. Over 100 autoimmune and other diseases are then introduced and produced in the body.
This leads to another great statistic. Physicians and nutritionists have now been saying that over 35% of all people in the U.S. have high blood pressure. where does most of this high blood pressure start? It starts with the diet containing a high bad bacteria ratio of over 20% in the small intestine. Physicians consider this the number one diagnosis factor for creating many severe health problems. It is very important to keep your blood pressure low, not with blood pressure pills, but with your diet. Most blood pressure pills produce many other severe health problems. Lowering blood pressure with your diet is a much smarter way to go.
Another very important statistic is that 35% or more of the people in the U.S. have autoimmune diseases. Some, but not all autoimmune diseases are arthritis, allergies, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, eczema, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. All of these diseases are caused by a 35% or higher bad food diet.
What about fiber in the diet? Physicians are now saying that over 35% of American people are not getting enough fiber in their diet. Fiber is needed every day to keep food moving through your intestines. That means that people should be getting at least 8 to 12 raw fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, berries, seeds, sprouts, bulbs, leaves, psyllium, or other fiber foods to create a better food movement. Fresh, raw, vegetables and other raw electromagnetic foods are great fiber foods because they also are foods that are needed for the 80/20 ratio in your gut.
There is another thing that is very important for a person’s health. At least 35% of all people in the U.S. do not get enough exercise. Regular exercise is an oxygen enhancer, and it is proven that it helps maintain more energy, more stamina, better health, and greater longevity. Exercise helps increase the ability of the body to use oxygen. Oxygen is needed for every cell in your body. If you can exercise 4 to 7 times a week for 20 minutes or longer, it will be a great help for your health.
One last thing. Over 35% of all people in the U.S. are pre-diabetic or have diabetes. This condition is related to being overweight, having high blood pressure, bacteria, and damaging bad critter disruption of the 80/20 ratio. It also is the cause of many other disorders that I write about in my “Preventing Cancer” book. If you are one of these people, remember that a bad diet leads to diabetes, auto-immune and other diseases.
I hope that my information has helped explain why it is so important to eat electromagnetic ionic raw food in your diet and keep an 80/20 gut bacteria ratio. The U.S. is overwhelmed with bad food producers, GMO distributors, and manufacturers. A person needs to be alert, smart, and vigilant in their food buying and eating.
