Every person wants to stay healthy. My mission in preventing cancer is to provide information that not only helps prevent cancer but provides nutritional information that creates more energy, a better immune system, fights disease, decreases medical care. prevent cancer, and live a long healthy life well into the 90s.
Today’s BULLETIN gives some added nutritional therapy that my wife and I practice. There are 8 “healthy helpers “ that I will discuss. But first, I would like to talk about people that are not just being ordinary, but extraordinary.
I was delighted and proud about a month ago when my daughter received a prestigious award at work. She works at the University of Washington. Her extraordinary work award was given for her work in “statistics.” She has always worked very hard at everything that she does. She was valedictorian at her high school where there were over 400 seniors. She has also worked very hard at everything that she does.
Earl Nightingale used to write a daily small letter about improving people’s lives. It was very interesting and provided some great tips on how to succeed in life, how to improve, and how to be “extraordinary.” I have remembered for many years, three of his daily improvement tips which I know applies to everything a person does including being “extraordinary” and staying healthy. I believe that every one of these three slogans or improvement tips should be taught to all children and grandchildren. They are the drivers that may help ordinary children become “extraordinary.” These tips are from Earl Nightingale’s writings.
“AND THEN SOME.” Earl explains that “extraordinary” people not just do what is required, but “then some.” They go beyond their normal duties and do extra things that help the teachers, other people, and the school. This applies to employers, friends, and family. They are extra achievers, and usually, go beyond what is required to do, and more than ordinary people.
“WALK THE EXTRA MILE.” Earl explains that most great scientists and achievers “walk the extra mile” to delve into projects, research, and information to find great innovations, ideas, theories, and inventions. They also help their fellow men doing more than is usually required of them.
“WHEN YOU CREATE ENERGY, YOU CREATE BRAIN HEALTH, INNOVATIONS, AND IDEAS.’ Energy is the power that drives the brain and the body. Earl explained that a healthy DIET is required to create brain and body energy. People must not forget that depression, being tired all the time, not enough sleep, being bored, sad, or troubled takes away the energy and incentive to learn, to work, or to be creative.
More than just a great diet is needed to create an “extraordinary” person. Parents and teachers need to inspire children with curiosity and to create. They need to provide good environmental encouragement for learning. Too many parents are so busy doing their own thing that children are left behind and are not encouraged to be “extraordinary.” Also, political motivation is not good for any teacher to employ. Many teachers are influencing children with the wrong political views. This leads to very serious problems.
With that said, I would like to write about “8” Extra Health Benefits that compliments the 12 Commandants of Nutritional Disease Therapy.
1. Hydrion Litmus Paper.
2. Baking soda.
3. Barley Powder.
4. Lemon Juice.
5. Kimchi, Saurkraut, Kombucha, and other fermented foods.
6. Raw Nuts.
7. Oil of Oregano.
8. Tomatoes.
In many of my weekly BULLETINS have talked about hydrion litmus paper. I consider it to be a precious item needed for your health. It is not only the way you can find out if your body cells are acid or alkaline. Dr. Cary Reams discovered that all biological entities (cells, whether plant animal or human) exist and function on their own basic unique electrochemical and electromagnetic frequency. If the body is not at the proper frequency, its cells cannot maintain their ideal molecular, electrochemical, electromagnetic frequency, and functional integrity. If your urine and saliva pH is not optimum (ideal 6.2 to 6.8, your body health and physical well being will degenerate. The amount will depend on the variation of the acid/alkaline balance. That is why my wife and I check our urine and saliva pH every morning and evening before we brush our teeth. Our diet can then make the adjustments needed to gain optimum urine, blood, saliva, and body cell pH. The correct body cell pH should be 7.2, while the blood pH needs to be 7.35, or 7.4. Please look up Dr. Reams or Dr. Jim Daily at Daily Manufacturing for more information on your important pH. pH strips can be bought at Daily Manufacturing, 800 868 700, or online, Be sure to get the 5.5 to 8.0 oral strips.
Soda. Soda is a great alkaline boost for an acidic body. If the saliva and urine pH is acidic (yellow) in the morning, a small soda content (1/2 teaspoon) drink of soda water or putting a pinch of soda in a cup of coffee will help bring up the pH. I put 1/2 teaspoon of soda in the coffee pot before I perk the coffee, to be sure it is in every cup. . Barley flour. Barley flour is a great alkaline booster. If your pH is acidic during the day, it is a very good additive in soups to raise the pH. There are also barley capsules (used by cancer patients) that can be obtained on Amazon or the internet.
Lemon Juice. My pH is constantly acidic. I drink a glass of lemon juice (1/2 lemon) every evening before I go to bed and another early in the morning when I get up. It seems to be a great alkaline booster. Even though the lemon is acidic, it produces alkaline enzymes in the pancreas. Dr. Reams says it is one of the best alkaline boosters a person can drink.
Kimchi, Saurkraut, Kombucha, and other fermented foods. Many nutritionists and naturopaths recommend fermented foods for a great immune system and a pH booster. My wife and I take a small amount of these fermented foods every night before we go to bed.
Raw Nuts. Fresh raw nuts have several kinds of great monounsaturated oils, vitamins, and proteins. We try to take 3 to 4 of each every day. Some great ones are almonds, pecans, walnuts, and pistachios.
Oil of oregano. This is a great immune booster. It can be obtained at Amazon or San Francisco Herb company. It is a non-expensive oil that is very helpful for your health.
Tomatoes. I know that fresh tomatoes are very tasty, and have some good nutrients. However, tomatoes are very acidic, plus Dr. Gundry says they are full of lectins.
These 8 health benefits and information provide many good nutrients for your health, immune system, and longevity. They are a great adjunct to the 12 Commandants for Nutritional Disease Therapy. I am still very interested in starting the AANDT, and promoting nutritional disease therapy.

After two years of service in the Air Force, he started a private practice in East Wenatchee, Washington. For the past 45 years his practice has included Orthodontics and TM Dysfunction treatment specializing in temporomandibular pain treatment, headache, head and neck pain control, functional jaw orthopedics, and straight wire orthodontics. Associated with mercury elimination, oral surgery, crowns and bridges is TMJ treatment, diet control, parasite elimination, intestinal cleansing and healing (wellness).
Merle E. Loudon, B.S., D.D.S. has taught advanced courses for dentists on TM Dysfunction treatment, orthodontics and related pain control for more than 30 years. In 1972 he was the first dentist in Washington to use straight wire orthodontics and the first dentist to correct vertical deficiencies in children by placing vertical dimension-primary molar buildups and/or vertical (erupting) appliances. Merle E. Loudon, B.S., D.D.S. was involved with the first group of dentists to recognize lateral tongue splinting in young infants and integrate functional and fixed techniques to correct vertical dimension deficiencies and condylar placement. He is the originator of vertical dimension-primary molar build ups, which help to correct deep bites and Otitus media in children. He invented the Loudon-Chateau Anterior Repositioning Appliance, the functional muscle malocclusion concept, the twelve commandments of occlusion and the vertical overbite domino rule. Merle E.
