About 35 percent of all Americans will have arthritis in their lifetime. It can be a very painful and debilitating disease. Arthritis is mainly caused by four avoidable foods. These are common foods that are eighty percent of the causes of arthritis. The good thing is that arthritis can be conquered with the help of four great remedies.
There are also four helpful tricks to prevent and stop arthritis in its tracks. It is best to start preventing arthritis before it has a chance to invade your joints and body.
~ The FOUR causes of arthritis ~
Arthritis causes number one is an altered food that is overly consumed by 70 percent of all Americans. That food is grains and starches. Grains have changed almost 50 percent since man has messed with the genes and DNA for the last 40 years. What was a great healthy food 100 years ago has changed from 12 chromosomes to over 40. These genetic changes have placed grains and starches on the very low nutrition scale. The chemical changes are causing digestive disturbances that cause havoc with the pancreas, digestive and immune systems. Now GMO grains have also been added to the list of foods that are not metabolized properly and can cause disease, arthritis, and cancer.
The worst thing is that they cause the body to massively overproduce insulin which causes insulin spikes. These spikes eventually cause insulin resistance, cell oxidation, inflammation, and diabetes. The more insulin that is produced, the more carbs and starch convert to fat in a person’s body. The inflammation has an adverse effect on arthritis and many other diseases.
Arthritis causes number two. Omega 5 fats obtained from the grocery shelves unfortunate,y are boiled oils which keeps them from becoming rancid. Extra virgin olive oil is an exception, but if not keep cold in the refrigerator, it to will become rancid.
These altered omega 6 oils (canola and corn oil are also GMO) are used extensively in many households and restaurants for deep frying and other cooking. Along with excess sugar, they are a big part of the race towards causing and promoting arthritis, cancer, autoimmune, and other diseases. People need to be aware of the store shelf oils, deep-fried foods and stay away from them. This will help prevent and stop arthritis.
Arthritis causes number three. Everyone loves a great sirloin steak. Eating them sparingly may cause no harm, but excess red meat fat (including hamburger and bacon) can be a big contribution to causing arthritis. Most nutritionists and researchers are now saying to cut way back on red meats. They are recommending fish, chicken, almonds, pecans, walnuts, brazil nuts, and pistachios as a better protein source.
Arthritis causes number four. The T.V. ads tell you that NASAIDS are the best pain treatment for arthritis. Please do not believe them. Ibuprofen, tylenol, aspirin, other NASAIDS plus many doctors prescriptions are not helping your arthritis. They may seem necessary but the drawbacks far outnumber the relief. Instead, I would like to recommend a great enzyme, wobenzym-N, which is in the second part of this BULLETIN.
The following section will list four great arthritis remedies that help the immune system, arthritis, and many other diseases. Many people who have used these remedies have prevented arthritis and/or stopped arthritis and many other diseases when taken routinely. These four are some of the best preventive arthritis foods in the world.
Arthritis cure food number one. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated oils. people who have taken 1 to 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of these oils EVERY DAY have said that they have never been bothered with arthritis. These oils are also involved with numerous other great functions in the body. Some of these oils are flaxseed oil, borage oil, northern seed oil, Udo’s choice, raw grapeseed oil, krill oil, fish oil, cod liver oil, and raw avacado oil. This is the number one preventive arthritis stopper.
Arthritis cure number two. Surprisingly, it is boron. Boron helps make arthritis pain disappear. Although rarely mentioned, this great remedy does a score of other great benefits for bones and joints. It is essential in spinal health, reduces osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, is a great cancer cure helper, stops bone loss, helps brain function, regenerates cartilage, helps heart disease patients, and stops pain cold. It is no wonder it should be number two on your arthritis fighter list. The best way to make sure you are getting enough boron in your diet is to eat raw, fresh nuts, cooked beans and peas, avocados, grapes, raisins, and even red wine. For men, keeping high levels of boron levels in the blood will help cut down on the risk of prostate cancer.
Arthritis cure number three. One of the most important vitamins for the Immune system and also arthritis is vitamin D3. Vitamin D deficiency is very common, because if a person is not getting enough sun on the body, plus not taking vitamin D3, they may become deficient. Also if you are not taking vitamin C, D3, and zinc supplements, your ability to fight covid-19 is greatly reduced.
Recent research has found that 85 percent of Americans are deficient in vitamin D3. A person should be taking about 10,000 iu’s or more of vitamin D3 every day. It not only helps arthritis but many other immune system diseases. This is related to about 20 minutes of sunshine on your bare skin all over the body if that can be done. Other sources of vitamin D3 are cod liver oil, cooked mackerel, salmon, tuna, and sardines.
Arthritis cure number four, Wobenzym-N. My wife and I take 3 wobenzym-N tablets every day. They are a wonder enzyme that is great to prevent and-or help arthritis. It is great for joints, cartilage, and believe it or not it is a blood scavenger, gobbling up dead body cells, dead blood cells, tiny food particles, and protein particles in your blood. It or Solo-Zyme enzymes are essential for curing cancer. [Solo-Zyme can be obtained from the College Health Stores (Dr. Kelley’s son, John) – Ed.]
These eight arthritis tips go a long way toward preventing and stopping arthritis. the remedies are not expensive, so it is well worth using them. If you, a friend, relative, or neighbor has arthritis, you and they might consider these eight arthritis tips.
