Sugar – the Disease of a Nation: Maybe the Fat Lady Has Sung!

sugar_02There is a master disease in western civilization, which the medical people do not talk about, the American people do not know about it, very few writers write about it – yet it is the primary source of income for the vast medical industry. Without it the medical establishment would shrink to a fraction of its size in a matter of months. It is the SUGAR DISEASE.

You can believe it or not, the grand masters in the medical cult do not intend that the American people will ever find out about the sugar disease that is killing us.

Sugar consumption is an addiction. The enormous rise in sugar consumption over the last century and the conditions blamed on sugar consumption and on white flour include: diabetes, coronary disease, obesity, peptic ulcers, constipation, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, E-Coli infections such as appendicitis, cholecystitis, pyelitis, and diverticulitis, renal failure, many skin conditions and of course dental cavities.

Sugar consumption includes the consumption of carbohydrates. Our bodies make sugar out of carbohydrates. So the war on sugar has to be a war on carbohydrates because the effect on our body’s metabolism is the same.

The consumption of large quantities of sugar or carbohydrates causes the rise in insulin levels which translates into body fat. Excess insulin stimulates the fat cells to take up fat and blood sugar and stores it away as body fat.

Sugar – not fat – is the source of obesity. Not one American in ten million knows this fact. I guarantee that you can eat all the unprocessed fat that you want without carbohydrates and you will not gain an ounce and your blood fat will not rise nor will your triglycerides or cholesterol. This statement will shock the sensibilities of the American people only because they have been sold on a big lie that fat is evil. The medical elite’ rant about the dangers of fat because they don’t want you to know about the deadly danger of sugar.

Try for one month going without sugar and carbohydrates – no more than 30 grams of sugar and carbohydrates per day. You will feel better than you have in your life. The weight will drop off and your health conditions will begin to reverse.

Most Americans have an addiction to sugar beginning very early in life and they pay an awesome price for it. The low fat, high carbohydrate diet is the standard recommendation by most doctors.

Remember that the consumption of high amounts of carbohydrates raises insulin levels leading to high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol and triglycerides, diabetes, heart disease and obesity, while the low protein, high carbohydrate diet maximizes insulin production.

Plain calorie diets will kill you by changing lean muscle mass to fat.

When you get off of starvation, you become fatter than ever because of the damage done by the starvation diet. But a low carbohydrate, high protein diet is not a starvation diet. You can literally eat all you can hold and still lose weight as long as you keep the carbohydrates and sugar down to 30 grams a day.

The reason that we fail to trace degenerative disease to sugar is because of the long incubation period, even though massive doses of sugar can cause a proliferation of intestinal organisms leading to E-Coli in a matter of hours. High sugar consumption by children can lead to tooth decay in a few months. But normally there is a much longer period of incubation depending on the amounts of carbohydrates being consumed and the difference in people’s biochemistry. Diabetes may take twenty years, coronary disease thirty years, etc. This is the deception that masks the disease and decouples cause and effect.

We recommend the book entitled Protein Power. Get it at your local book store. It could change your life.
